    Abstract: A heat/water managing system module for fuel cell vehicles is provided to solve problems with dispersive arrangement of each component by mounting components in one mounting frame. A heat/water managing system module for fuel cell vehicles comprises a cooling pump(12), a heater(13), a controller(15), a thermostat(14), sensors, a muffler(16), an ion eliminator(17) and a mounting frame(11) wherein components and related wiring hoses(18) are mounted. The components are modulated in one body. The mounting frame is mounted on a vehicle body frame in an engine room. The mounting frame is mounted on a side member, which represents a central supporter of monocoque vehicles, within the engine room.

A reservoir tank of a coolant for a fuel cell vehicle comprises a reservoir housing(11) having the fixed volume space therein; a cover(10) covering the top of the reservoir housing; and many ports(13,13',14) that is detachably installed on the top of cover. The housing and cover is coupled by a cicada-shape fastener(12). The cured silicone rubber is adhered to the circumference of upper part side of the reservoir housing and maintains airtight of the housing and cover.

    Abstract: A heater with a cathode oxygen depletion function for fuel cell vehicles is provided to secure lay-out spaces and improve maintainability and cold-startability by controlling multi-level current. A heater with a cathode oxygen depletion function for fuel cell vehicles comprises: a case(14) having a coolant inlet(15) and a coolant outlet(16), which are located on both ends of the case; a start-up heater(10) installed on one side of the case and perpendicular to a progressive direction of coolant; a shut-down heater(11); and heater(12, 13) heating the coolant while installed on the other side of the case in a vertical direction of the coolant moving. The start-up heater and shut-down heater consume residual oxygen inside a stack in order to prevent deterioration of the stack.
