Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel filler door assembly of a vehicle is provided to supply elastic force for opening a fuel filler door and a simplified structure for detecting the opening state of the fuel filler door, to shorten a manufacturing process by mounting an elastic member supplying power necessary for opening the fuel filler door to the place free from outer moisture, and to solve durability problems generated by the corrosion of a door spring. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filler door assembly of a vehicle is composed of a rectilinear rod(7) mounted to a vehicle body(B) to rectilinearly slide in the direction of pushing the inside of a fuel filler door(1); an elastic member elastically holding the rectilinear rod to make the rectilinear rod push the inside of the fuel filler door; and two electric conductors arranged to convert contact states to the rectilinearly sliding state of the rectilinear rod for the vehicle body. The elastic member includes a torsion spring of which an end is rotatively connected to the rectilinear rod and other end is fixed to a switch bracket fixed to the vehicle body, having a coil part rotatively mounted to the switch bracket in the middle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cargo protecting guide for a loading compartment is provided to prevent movement of cargo by adjusting the size of the loading compartment with extending the cargo protecting guide. CONSTITUTION: A bushing(11) is inserted to a tailgate floor of a loading compartment(2), and a hinge shaft(7) is fixed to turn ends of guide bars. The other end of the guide bar is fixed and turned by inserting the bushing to an intermediate hinge shaft(5). The other end of an intermediate guide bar(6) is fixed in the intermediate hinge shaft by inserting the bushing. The hinge shaft is fixed in the floor of the loading compartment, and two hinge shafts are fastened in both corners of the rear floor of the loading compartment. Three intermediate hinge shafts are moved with moving the guide bar and the intermediate bar, and a fixing groove(4) is formed in the floor. A fixing groove(12) is formed in the inner wall of a tailgate(9). A cargo protecting guide(3) is extended outward in fastening the tailgate horizontally with a tailgate fixing link.

The rectangular section is formed in the center bent part to improve torsion rigidity. The hinge bracket consists of a pin hole(14) combined with a hinge bar(8) of the trunk lid, and two hooks(15) connected to the staple-shaped bent part. The panel bracket is integrally welded into the center bent part of the torsion bar, and the torsion bar is installed with fixing the panel bracket in the vehicle body panel. Expenses are reduced with manufacturing the torsion bar with the single part, and working efficiency is improved with mounting the torsion bar conveniently.

The second purge control solenoid valve(17) outputs directly the gas from the check valve(11) to the surge tank(7) and is operated by receiving the converted signal of the ECU(5).
