Abstract: A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) switch is provided to remarkably improve credibility of the switch, and advance commercialization of the switch by solving stiction problem as well as micro welding problem. A non-contact RF MEMS(Radio Frequency MicroElectroMechanical System) system switch comprises a substrate, a signal line, a ground, a signal line comb part, a drive unit and a comb unit of the drive unit. The substrate is laminated on an upper surface with silicon(13). The signal line is formed on the substrate. The ground is formed to be spaced from the signal line. The signal line comb part is formed on both side of the signal line in ground direction, and forms a plurality of protrusions on an end so as to have equal distance. The drive unit is formed on the substrate to be opposite to each other, and driven in horizontal direction. The comb unit of the drive unit is integrally formed with the drive unit so as to be opposite to the signal line comb part by predetermined distance.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A detector of an opening sticking defect for a PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve) is provided to lead the quick management by detecting the pressure of a fuel tank after outputting a control duty of the PCSV as 0%. CONSTITUTION: A PCSV monitoring condition of a vehicle is checked during a starting-on of an engine. In satisfying the monitoring condition, an inflow of air is isolated by closing a canister close valve. A passage of a set certain time is checked after controlling a PCSV duty as 0%. In detecting the passage of the set time, a pressure inside a fuel tank is detected. The opening of the PCSV is stuck when the inside pressure of the fuel tank is under a set standard value and the message of the opening sticking is outputted. Thereby, the starting defect of the engine and the generation of the bad idle condition are prevented.
