Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily manufacture a thick optical component by setting a glass plate previously coated with an optical multilayer film in a mold, coating the plate with an adhesive, then injecting a transperent plastic material in the mold, cooling to solidify the material after the injection, and integrating the plate with the material. SOLUTION: A glass plate 1 previously coated with an optical multilayer film is set to a predetermined position in a mold 10 for injection molding, the plate 1 is coated with an adhesive, then a transparent plastic material 2 is injected in the mold 10, the material 2 is cooled to be solidified after the injection and integrated with the plate 1. The mold 10 is opened in the state that the material 2 is cooled to be solidified, and an optical component made of a plastic is taken out. To cure the adhesive, an ultraviolet lamp 3 is provided in the mold 10, the adhesive coating the plate 2 is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray from the lamp 3 through a transparent glass plate 4 and the material 2, and cured.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of gas contaminating a magnetic disk and the like, when an electronic equipment is used by applying a treatment for eliminating the gas contained, before forming a gasket material attached by integrating the gasket with a frame body into a specified shape. SOLUTION: Butyl-rubber and thermoplastic elastomer are used in a gasket material, which is used as a cover with a gasket and the gasket with a frame formed in a cover body and a frame body 1. Gas contained in the gasket material is eliminated by means of heat process, vacuum dry process, and the like. When the gasket material is a pellet shape, a heat processing is carried out under conditions in which a temperature is 40 to 160 deg.C for a time of 0.5 to 120 hours. The frame body 1 and the gasket 2 are integrated with each other, in such a way that the gasket 2 is formed in the frame body 1 with an injection molding method, when the material of the gasket 2 is a thermoplastic elastomer. After the gasket material for forming the gasket 2 is formed into a prescribed shape, gas contained in the gasket material is removed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of gas contaminating a magnetic disk and the like, and improve sealing property by forming a frame body with highly crystalline polypropylene having a special rated crystallinity, which forms a gasket with an elastic body, and integrating the frame body and the gasket with each other. SOLUTION: A frame body 1 is formed with highly crystalline polypropylene having 60 to 85% crystallity. The frame body 1 and a gasket 2 are integrated with each other, in such a way that polypropylene for forming the frame 1 and a thermoplastic elastomer for forming the gasket 2 are joined with each other by a two color molding method or the like. The polypropylene for forming the frame body 1 is molten injection molded in a mold. After molding, the thermoplastic elastomer having superior fusion property is molten injection molded to form a gasket part, which is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer layer on a part of the frame body of a polypropylene molding material. The polypropylene and the thermoplastic elastomer layer formed on the surface of the polypropylene are compounded integrally to provide a light-weight gasket with the frame.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture an injection-molded body, the surface sliding properties of which are improved and the pollutive volatile components of which are remarkably reduced by a method wherein fine superpolymeric polyethylene particles are employed as sprinkling powder for preventing pellets from agglutinating. SOLUTION: In an injection molding, in which pellet-like thermoplastic elastomeric material is employed, fine superpolymeric polyethylene particles are employed as sprinkling powder for preventing pellets from agglutinating at the supplying of the pellet. In this case, the preferable particle diameter of superpolymeric polyethylene I is set to be 50 μm or less. By employing this fine polyethylene particle, the surface sliding properties of a molded body become favorable. Even when the fine polyethylene particle is formed on the exterior of a structure, the hang-up and adhesion with an external factor become small. Further, a volatile component or a pollutive component, which is harmful to the member for a precision apparatus and develops from the molded body, can be remarkably reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a gasket onto a housing or a cover without dislocating it by forming a frame body out of thermoplastic resin, mounting a fitted part of the frame body and a housing or a cover on the frame body, making a gasket serve as thermoplastic elastomer, integrating the frame body and the gasket at a section except the fitted part of the frame body. SOLUTION: In a framed gasket 2, a frame body 1 is formed out of thermoplastic resin, and a fitted part 3 for fitting the frame body 1 and a housing or a cover is formed at the frame body 1. The gasket 2 is formed out of thermoplastic elastomer, and the frame body 1 and the gasket 2 are integrated at a section except the fitted part 3 of the frame body 1. It is thus possible to perform manufacture with few scraps at the time of manufacture and without need for troublesome processes, perform fitting onto a housing or a cover without dislocation, attain weight reduction, and improve sealing capability.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fluidity of molding material in a cavity by applying ultrasonic vibration to the molding material in the cavity. SOLUTION: Approx. 80-95 wt.% or 50-90 vol.% of filler is dispersed and mixed in thermoplastic resin to obtain a molding material m. The molding material m as melted is injected into the cavity 2 in a mold 1 from a gate 5 through a spray 3 and a runner 4, and the cavity 2 is filled with the molding material m under a specified pressure. Ultrasonic waves generated by a ultrasonic oscillator 8 is applied as ultrasonic vibration to a movable die 1b through a horn 7, and this ultrasonic vibration is applied to the molding material m in the cavity 2. As a result, the fluidity of the molding material m is enhanced, a favorable magnet roller without molding failure is formed, and further the magnetic powder in the molding material m is oriented as desired without fail through application of magnetic fields.

SOLUTION: This resin wheel for a floating type vehicle consists of two or more split molded bodies 1A, 1B joined and integrated after a tire valve 5 for filling gas is mounted in a valve hole 3 of the wheel and they are molded independently. In this case, the wheel is made of a fiber reinforcing resin material, and an O-ring 7 made of silicone rubber is provided between the valve hole 3 and a valve 5 to seal a section between an inner peripheral part of the valve hole 3 in the wheel and an outer peripheral part of the valve 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form a cylindrical body of which the circularity deviation is favorable, and which is excellent in dimensional precision by a method wherein on one end part of the cylindrical cavity of a die, a film gate which goes around the cavity in the circumferential direction is provided, and a thermoplastic resin is injected into the cavity through the film gate. SOLUTION: As a gate from which a molten resin is injected in a molding cavity 6, on the outer peripheral side of one end part of a cylindrical molding cavity, a film gate 4 which goes around the cavity 6 in the circumferential direction, is used. As a result, the resin is uniformly injected and filled in the cylindrical molding cavity 6 from the total periphery of the end part of the cavity 6, and a deformation such as swelling due to the generation of a weld, can be effectively prevented from generating. In addition, the cavity 6 for molding is positioned in such a manner that a small diameter recessed part 13 of a fixed die 1 is fitted on a protruding part 33 at the leading end of a core 31, and for this reason, a slip such as a decentering does not generate on the core 31, and a cylindrical body which is excellent in dimensional precision such as circularity deviation, concentricity and straightness, is surely molded.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a surface accuracy of a molding by eliminating shrinkage or cave-in of the surface even if a product is large in thickness or has an aspheric surface by setting a covering thickness to a specific range in the steps of injecting the same resin as that of a molded molding onto the molded molding to cover it, and melt integrating the resin with the molded molding to a formed molding. SOLUTION: A molded molding 1 is set in a mold 10, and the same resin as that of the molding 1 is injected from gates 11, 12 into a cavity 13 to cover part of the molding 1. A thickness of the covering resin is set to a range of 1 to 1mm. The reason why is because, if a thickness of the covering resin is less than 1mm, its resin flowing resistance is excessively large and hence the resin is not sufficiently cast to details, while if it exceeds 15mm, a fault such as shrink or void occurs. Thus, no fault occurs on an outer periphery of a final molding, and its surface accuracy becomes excellent. And, a covering thickness formed by the final injection is relatively thinned to perform an object shape in high accuracy.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which enhances the mechanical strength of a molded object by a method wherein a modified polyolefin is contained as the component of a binder for the composition for a bonded magnet. SOLUTION: In a composition for a bonded magnet, a magnetic powder is mixed with a binder which contains a modified polyolefin. Then, in the composition for the bonded magnet, the component of the binder is composed of 1 to 30wt.% of a modified polyolefin and of other thermoplastic resins, or the modified polyolefin is anhydrous maleic acid modified polypropylene, or the other thermoplastic resins are high-crystallization polypropylene, or mica and/or whiskers are contained in the ratio of 2 to 30wt.% with reference to the whole of the composition. In addition, in a magnet roller in which the bonded magnet is molded to be a roller shape and in which a shaft part is formed at a magnet body part, at least the magnet body part is molded from the composition for the bonded magnet.
