    Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatically store the desired number of storages by one instruction by arranging an instruction means instructing the number of storage patterns of picture information to a picture storage means such as a RAM so as to eliminate the need for the operation at every screen such as depression of a storage instruction key. CONSTITUTION:A reception means (a) receives picture information formed in the unit of screens through a communication line such as a communication network of the CAPTAIN system and an instruction means (b) instructing the number of storage screens of the picture information received by the means (a) controls a storage control means (c) to store the picture information in a storage medium (d) at every screen. Since the instruction of the number of stored screens is applied only once, the operation is facilitated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To input low-order digits as one data after accessing to a memory, by storing high-order digits of data in the memory when data having the same high-order digits are inputted. CONSTITUTION:This computer consists of a constant storage register 14, a normally used memory register 15, a flip-flop for special input discrimination, and a flip-flop 18 for decimal-point input discrimination. When data[123.]is inputted to an input register with keys, the data is inputted to the input register 13 in the form of[123.]successively and once a decimal point key is pressed, a decimal point counter 13' starts counting the decimal point. A counter 13'' stores whether the data is plus or minus. With a constant storage input key 4, a sign symbol is inputted to the part 14'' of the constant storage register 14, and information on a flag 18 for decimal point input discrimination and the value 13' of the decimal point counter are inputted to the part 14'; and the number string is stored in the register 14.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an electronic equipment to signal the start and end of time measurement by providing keys for indicating the start and stop of the time measurement for the time measurement, and generating sounds in response to the keys.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous input from a specific key perfectly by making the specific key ineffective and effective by operating a series of >=2 keys successively. CONSTITUTION:On an electronic desk-top calculator provided with a stopwatch function, etc., when a stopwatch starting and stopping key 6 is to be locked for preventing malfunction in stopwatch operation, a key word is inputted by using an input key 3 and then a locking key 8 is pushed, then a lock signal for the key word in stored in a register 14 via an arithmetic part 10. The register 14, when any number other than 0 is inputted, sends a signal to a locking flip-flop 16, which is set. The output Q' of this flip-flop 16 comes to 0 and the starting and stopping key 6 is made ineffective and locked. In this state, when a clear key 9 is pushed and then an access key 7 is pushed, the counting state of the stopwatch is displayed on a display device 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make time-cast with high alarm effect, by producing alarm at the set time and enabling the time-cast for a given number of times with a given time cast interval. CONSTITUTION:When alarm set time X, time cast interval P and number of times of alarm M are input from a keybaord 4, the information is stored in X, P, M registers 15-17 via a CPU12. When the time of clock 11 and the time stored in the X register 15 are in agreement, a signal is present on the signal line (h), FF18 is set to inhibit normal time cast. Further, the signal on the signal line (h) is input to a delay circuit 20 via an OR circuit and the alarm is output from a speaker 25 with a delayed signal (n). Succeedingly, when the set time stored in a P register 16 is elapsed, it is in agreement 19 with the content of the P counter counting the alarm interval to output the alarm again. Further, the alarm is periodically output until the number of times of alarm is in agreement with the content of the M register 17.
