    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for screen printing, capable of printing a pattern of ink on a matter to be printed, such as a substrate or the like, with a high accuracy just as the original size of a printing pattern set on a screen plate and, further, capable of removing the bleed of ink, which becomes a problem in contact printing, or surely avoiding lack of a printing pattern. SOLUTION: The method of screen printing is constituted of a contact process, moving relatively a screen plate 3, arranged on a matter to be printed, so that a relative distance is brought into zero substantially, and an irradiating process, irradiating beams of light or thermal beams for curing against negative type photosensitive curing ink or photosensitive curing ink, applied on the area of a printing pattern 4 on the screen plate 3 through the predetermined printing pattern 4, or against bleeding ink together with the printing ink.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high precise printing with repeated reproducibility having no rolling by applying tension to a screen plate in a roll-to-roll constitution, putting a pattern part of the screen plate into surface contact with work, and fastening the screen plate and work not being dislocated each other. SOLUTION: The screen plate 3 is passed through contact rollers 7a, 7b and support rollers 9a, 9b in a predetermined upward and downward relationship thereof, and thereafter an opposite one side of the screen plate 3 stationed by a tension roller 5a is fastened to a tension roller 5b. In this instance, the cut part thereof is set toward a major side of the printing machine in the same manner as setting of the tension roller 5a, and work 2 is set on a work surface table 1 in a state where the screen still remains loosened. Next, the contact rollers 7a, 7b are lowered by vertical movement mechanisms 8a, b, c, d so as to bring the pattern part and work part 2 into surface contact with each other. Finally, clockwise rotation is given to the tension roller 5a, and counterclockwise rotation is given to the tension roller 5b, to set the screen plate 3 in a strained state.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To clean only a microchip without exerting effect on other element part by using a vacuum chamber housing a microchip part. CONSTITUTION: After a vacuum chamber 11 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 15, a probe 22 is laterally irradiated with ArF laser 12. At this tide, a support stand 14 is rotated and the entire periphery of a microchip 8 is irradiated with the laser 12. When O2 gas is introduced into the chamber 11 from a gas introducing port 13, O-radicals are formed from O2 by the energy of the laser 12 and the org. contaminant of the microchip 8 is dissociated and the reaction product with the O-radicals is discharged. Finally, the irradiation with the laser is stopped and the probe 22 is allowed to approach a sample 21 under vacuum to scan an X-Y stage 23 and voltage is applied across the microchip 8 and the sample 21 from a bias voltage applying circuit 27. The tunnel current observed at this time is read by a detection circuit to observe an image. The sequence control of these operations is performed by a CPU 26.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve plate release property in screen printing and pattern precision by adding external force in a direction to extinguish adhesion due to an ink in between a screen and a matter to be printed with movement to the screen. CONSTITUTION:External force applying sections 104-1 and 104-2 which add external force in a direction to extinguish adhesion between a screen 3 and a matter to be printed at the time of scanning of a squeegee 7 are arranged either at the matter to be printed on the face of the screen 3 or at the side of the squeegee 7. The external force applying sections 104-1 and 104-2 move on the screen 3 with the scanning of the squeegee 7. Accordingly, as a distance between the squeegee 7 and the external force applying sections 104-1, 104-2 is kept constant, the external force in the direction to extinguish the adhesion is added to the external force applying sections 104-1, 104-2 and component of the tension of the screen 3 in the vertical direction to the face of the screen 3 can be supplied uniformly, so that plate releasing can be done excellently and a uniform pattern can be formed stably.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a scanning microscope having a wide measuring dynamic range and high controllability by providing one or more electrostatic drive electrodes on both sides of a beam-like structure respectively vertically to the scanning plane. CONSTITUTION:The tunnel current between a sample 110 and a probe 109 is detected by a tunnel current detecting unit 112, the probe 109 is moved near to the conducting sample 110 by a Z-direction distance control mechanism, the probe 109 is fixed so that the current of the probe 109 is kept constant at 10 pA and the Z-direction distance between a substrate 101 and the sample 110 is not changed, and the substrate 101 is XY-scanned in parallel with the sample surface. The voltage applied across an electrode 102 and a cantilever 104 or the voltage applied across an electrode 108 and the cantilever 104 is adjusted respectively so that the tunnel current is kept constant at 10 pA by a cantilever drive unit 111. When the sample surface has a projection, voltage is applied, and the probe 109 is displaced to the substrate 101 side. When the sample surface has a recess, the probe 109 is displaced to the sample 110 side respectively, the distance between the sample surface and the probe 109 is kept constant, and the surface shape of the sample 110 is obtained.
