Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the load to a foot at the time of use in a pavement by providing a surface layer comprising a mixture of a polysulfide modified polyurethane resin and aggregate to a cementitious main body. SOLUTION: An interlocking block 1 being a cementitious block used in a pavement or the like is constituted by providing a polysulfide modified polyurethane resin layer 3 to the upper surface of a concrete layer 2. The lower concrete layer 2 contains a larger quantity of aggregate as compared with a usual concrete layer so as to have water permeability and water passing gaps are present between aggregates. Aggregate, for example, rubber chips obtained by crushing a tire is also mixed with the polysulfide modified polyurethane resin layer 3. The polysulfide modified polyurethane resin pref. contains 90 wt.% or more of aggregate with a particle size of about 1-10 mm in the case of rubber having flexibility and elasticity, for example, polyurethane rubber or natural or synthetic rubber having elasticity.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repair a concrete block by applying resin reacting/hardening even in the presence of moisture to a part or the whole of a concrete block surface. SOLUTION: Resin 3 reacting even in the presence of moisture, for example, a polysulfide modified resin is thinly applied as a primer to a damaged part of a repairing object concrete block 2 of a concrete block used for a revetment, wave dissipation, a retaining wall and a wall surface of a road, and is then smoothly applied in a thickness of a certain degree. The polysulfide modified resin is applied. The polysulfide modified resin is excellent in an adhesive property and chemical resistance, and is also excellent in flexibility and impact resistance, and exhibits strong adhesive strength to a wetting surface. Since the resin 3 itself hardens even in the presence of water, drying work is obviated, the concrete block can be easily repaired, and the concrete block 1 after repairing becomes excellent in abrasion resistance.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance of a concrete block for a revetment by arranging a resin protective part reacting/hardening even in the presence of moisture in a part or the whole of a surface of a concrete main body. SOLUTION: Resin is injected by a prescribed thickness into a concrete block mold, and concrete is poured into from above it to manufacture a concrete block 1 for a revetment for forming a protective part 3 on a surface of a concrete main body 1. The resin used for the protective part 3 hardens even if moisture exists at hardening time, and for example, a polysulfide modified resin is suitable. The polysulfide modified resin is excellent in an adhesive property and chemical resistance, and is also excellent in flexibility and impact resistance, and exhibits strong adhesive strength to a wetting surface. A surface of the concrete main body 2 is covered with the protective part 3 to improve impact resistance and abrasion resistance of the concrete block 1 for a revetment.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a concrete product or structure, by bonding a resin obtained from an ordinary temperature radical reactive compound with a reinforcing layer made of aramid resin and integrally forming them. SOLUTION: An ester acrylate resin which reacts and cures in an ordinary temperature is used as a primer and a resin for immersion and a sheet made of aramid fiber is used as a fiber sheet. And unsaturated polyester resin is obtained from an ordinary temperature radical reactive compound and vinyl ester resin is obtained an ordinary temperature radical reactive compound of a composite compound. In this case, the tensile strength in one direction of a reinforcing layer is set 50 kg/cm or higher. And further, the weight of the aramid fiber per unit area of the reinforeing layer is 50-1000 g/m . In this way, a layer selected from textile, nonwoven cloth, woven material, paper-like material, honeycomb-form material, filmy material, etc., can be used to easily and rapidly reinforce or repair a concrete face.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of an organic solvent such as a thinner or the like by providing a pressing part and water discharge ports, whereby at the time of working a permeable composition comprising resin and aggregate or resin mortar, the sliding of the resin/aggregate mixture surface can be improved so as to perform construction of a pavement with good smoothness with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A driving part comprises a main body 9 and a driving wheel 10. A pressing part is formed by a rotary disc 12 including plural trowels 11, a frame 13 and a motor 14. A paving device is previously installed on the road surface, and a flattened resin/aggregate mixture is finished by the rotary trowel of the pressing part when the paving device is advanced to the left side. At this time, water is made exist on the contact interface between the pressing part and the resin for covering the surface of the aggregate of permeable material or resin mortar by water discharge ports a-d. Accordingly, the frictional resistance of the permeable material or resin mortar and the pressing part can be decreased remarkably so that a resin fluid does not adhere to the pressing part so as to improve sliding remarkably.

CONSTITUTION:A modified epoxy resin emulsion is an emulsion comprising (A) a polysulfide-modified epoxy resin expressed by the formula (R1 and R3 are organic groups; R2 is sulfur atom-containing organic group), e.g. an epoxy resin prepared by adding an epoxy prepolymer (e.g. a bisphenol A type epoxy resin) in an amount of 2 equiv. or an excess thereof to a sulfur-containing polymer (or an oligomer) and reacting both of them and (B) an emulsifying agent containing a nonionic surfactant (e.g. polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether) having 8-18 HLB value. The aforementioned modified epoxy resin emulsion is obtained by adding and mixing a small amount of water with an oil containing preferably the component (B) [the component (A) alone or its mixture with other epoxy resins] added thereto, providing a W/O type emulsion, they slowly adding water, inverting the phase and finally affording the objective O/W type emulsion.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent blurring to non-image parts or damaging of the surface of a printing plate from occurring, easily, obtain a beautiful printed matter and ensure favorable properties on a safety and hygienic basis, by constituting the titled liquid of ethylene glycol dimethyl ether and an alcohol and/or water. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene glycol dimethyl ether which is a good solvent for a toner to which the liquid is applied is combined with an alcohol and/or water which is a poor solvent for the toner. Although ethylene glycol dimethyl ether is able to instantaneously dissolve the toner, the sole use thereof caused blurring to non-image part. To avoid this, an alcohol and/or water is added to the ether, whereby blurring to the non-image part can be prevented from occurring, while retaining the toner-dissolving capability. The alcohol is preferably an alcohol of general formula R-OH, wherein R is 1-5C alkyl, which is low in toxicity.
