    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title conjugate fiber excellent in color tone, slimy feel, flexibility, frictional characteristics and mechanical properties, suitable for woolly textiles, having sheath domain with each specific constituents and sectional area ratio. CONSTITUTION:A wax 6-30 in acid value is first prepared by blending (1) 50-95wt.% of a higher aliphatic monocarboxylic ester such as melissyl palmitate and (2) 5-50wt.% of a hydrocarbon such as decane. Pts.wt., satisfying the relationship (R is sectional area ratio for sheath domain; P is pts.wt. of the wax), of the wax is blended with 100 pts.wt. of a polyester made up mainly of ethylene terephthalate and spun as the sheath domain so as to be 4-30% in the sectional area ratio for the sheath domain, thus obtaining the objective conjugate fiber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject woven fabric having rich puffiness, soft feeling, draping property, luster and light-fastness by providing a combined filament yarn composed of a low-shrinkage polyester yarn and a specific high-shrinkage copolymerized polyester yarn having different yarn length and weaving the objective fabric using the combined filament yarn as both warp and weft. CONSTITUTION:The objective silky woven fabric is produced by using a specific combined filament yarn as the warp and/or the weft. The combined filament yarn is composed of (A) a low-shrinkage yarn made of a polyester and (B) a high-shrinkage yarn made of a copolymerized polyester containing isophthalic acid and 2,2-bis[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]propane at a ratio to satisfy the formulas I-III [P(a) is molar ratio (%) of isophthalic acid based on the total acid component of the copolymerized polyester; P(b) is molar ratio (%) of the above propane derivative based on the total glycol component of the copolymerized polyester] wherein the yarn length difference between the low- shrinkage fiber and the high-shrinkage fiber is 5-15%.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain conjugate textured yarn suitable for spun-like woven and knit fabric comprising at least three species of polyester filament groups of different filament sizes each other, having specific filament size, size difference and fiber length difference between each group. CONSTITUTION:The subject yarn is constructed that filament size of filament group respectively constructing core part, inner part of sheath part and outer part of sheath part is respectively set as 6.5-11 de, 2.5-4.5 de and 0.7-2.0 de. Ratio of size of filament group composing sheath part to size of filament group (group A) composing core part is 0.75-2.0 and ratio of size of filament group composing outer part in sheath part to size of filament group (group B) composing inner part in sheath part is 0.5-2.0. Further, 3-13% fiber length difference L is between the group A and the group B, 4-15% fiber length difference M is between the group A and the group B and (length difference M)-(length difference L)>=1.0% and confounding is imparted on whole strand.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject textured yarn suitable for woven fabric of worsted type as spunlike woven and knit fabric for suits, having excellent feeling and appearance, by texturing with two filaments of different dyeabilities for ionic dye in core part and sheath part. CONSTITUTION:(A) A polyester of badly dyeable for ionic dye, such as polyethylene terephthalate is made to a large size filament having a size of 6.5-11 denier and a cross section of 5-12 leaves. On the other hand, (B) a polyester containing a group dyeable for ionic dye (e.g., sulfonate metal base) is made to a small size filament having a size of 0.8-2.2 denier and a cross section of 4-8 leaves. Then the component A is used to core part and the component B to sheath part to obtain the aimed textured yarn comprising a size ratio of B to A of 0.7-1.4 and 4-20% fiber length difference between filaments.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To produce a polyester textured yarn woven cloth woven with a composite false-twist textured yarn made of at least two kinds of specific polyester filament groups mutually different in filamentary fineness and having interlacement and fluff as warps and/or wefts, and applicable to a men's outer garment for autumnal and wintry seasons. CONSTITUTION: This polyester textured yarn cloth is woven with composite false-twist textured yarns as warps and/or wefts, made of at least two kinds of polyester filament groups having filamentary fineness of 6.5-11 deniers and 0.8-2.2 deniers, respectively. At least 30 wt.% of one of the above filament groups can be dyed with an ionic dye and the other cannot be dyed with an ionic dye. The filament group having smaller fineness is overfed in comparison with the filament group having larger fineness. Interlacement and fluff are imparted to the whole textured yarn.
