Abstract:
The invention relates to an arrangement, comprising a shower stall (1) having a shower fitting (2) and comprising a source (9) for infrared radiation arranged in a side wall (4). Windows (16) having covers (8) that are transparent to infrared radiation are provided in the wall (4). Thus, the shower stall (1) can be used for showering and/or for exposing oneself to infrared radiation.
Abstract:
Provided is a cervical massaging device that includes: a body that is shaped to contact the side and the rear portion around a cervical spine in a neck; both side pressing members that are disposed and symmetrically spaced apart from each other in the body to contact both sides of the neck and press both sides of the neck by a driving unit; and rotary pressing members that are disposed at a predetermined distance between the side pressing members and rotated by a rotating unit to press the rear portion around the cervical spine in the neck.
Abstract:
An applicator for use in treating a portion of skin includes an applicator tip that has an end configured to contact the portion of skin, a sonic source mechanically coupled to the applicator tip, a heat source thermally coupled to an end of the applicator tip, and a controller. The applicator tip includes a thermally-conductive material. During operation of the applicator, the controller controls operation of the sonic source to impart mechanical movements to the applicator tip at a sonic frequency and controls operation of the heat source to transfer heat to the end of the applicator tip via the thermally- conductive material of the applicator tip.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus and a supporting physiotherapy liquid thereof, wherein upper magnetic heads (13) are mounted on the frame of the electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus via a bearing and lower magnetic heads (5) are mounted inside a treatment couch, wherein each lower magnetic head (5) is coupled with a set of rotary driving devices, so that each lower magnetic head (5) can be driven by the rotary driving devices to rotate independently, and the corresponding upper magnetic head (13) is coupled to and driven by the lower magnetic heads (5) through the force of the magnetic attraction. A physiotherapy cloth (12) is placed on the treatment couch (4), the physiotherapy cloth (12) being connected through a circulating pump (9), and the physiotherapy liquid being filled in a physiotherapy liquid collecting tank (8); more than one self-heating tourmaline magnetic sheets (17) or metal compacts (23) are fixed in the physiotherapy cloth (12), and a high-frequency induction heating coil (18) coupled to a high-frequency power supply is mounted in the treatment couch (4). The supporting physiotherapy liquid comprises a basic liquid and a traditional Chinese medicine additives, wherein the basic liquid comprises glycerol and olive oil and the mass ratio of the glycerol to the olive oil is 1:1 to 1:3. Taking advantage of western medicine magnetic principles, the present invention applies irradiation on bodies and has effects of cancer treatment, anti-cancer and blood viscosity dilution; meanwhile, combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the present invention speeds up the recovery process with a high metabolism, and the effects are excellent.
Abstract:
Exemplary systems and methods for providing a sensation rehabilitation training system and its implementation which solves the problems of existing sensation rehabilitation training device like large size, poor training results and high cost. The rehabilitation training system include the CPU as well as sensation training device (STD), pressure sensation training device (PSTD) and feedback device (FD) separately connected with the CPU, where the STD and PSTD are connected. The invention is characterized in rational design, high integration, brand-new training mode, wide range of application, easy operation and significant training effect, thus it is appropriate for promotion and application.
Abstract:
A massager (12) includes an inductively chargeable battery (48), avoiding the need to deal with batteries and cords while providing a pleasant exothermic warmth. Different embodiments of sealing and skinning (13) make the massager (12) hygienically safe and fluid- and water-resistant. Sophisticated controls (50) provide the massager with the ability to respond to direct-mounted user controls (20, 22), wireless communication controls such as remote controls (30) and a plethora of other protocol-compatible devices, systems and media. A mating base (14) supports the massager (12) for inductive charging in a stable, aesthetically pleasant and safe relationship.
