The present invention relates to an electrospinning nozzle module for drug coating and, more specifically, to an electrospinning nozzle module for drug coating which can effectively coat an object such as a stent with the drug by electrospinning. The electrospinning nozzle module for drug coating of the present invention, which coats an object with the drug by spraying the drug, comprises the following: a housing having a discharge hole formed at one end through which a nitrogen gas supplied from the outside is sprayed to the outside; and a nozzle part having one end inserted into the discharge hole to spray the drug to the outside and the other end to which electricity is supplied, wherein the discharge hole is disposed on the circumference of one end of the nozzle part, and the nitrogen gas is sprayed together with the drug through the circumference of the one end of the nozzle part when the drug is sprayed through the one end of the nozzle part.

A pattern forming apparatus and a method using electrostatic spray, and a display panel manufacturing method are provided to form patterns uniformly by reducing interference among conductive pattern parts by disposing the conductive pattern receiving voltage with the polarity different from that of the voltage applied to the conductive pattern, in a region separated from the lateral side of the conductive pattern forming patterns on an object. A pattern forming apparatus using electrostatic spray is composed of a plurality of nozzles(101,102) covered with insulators, respectively to spray coating materials in order to form patterns on an object(300) and a voltage applying unit(170) for applying voltage on the nozzles. A conductive pattern(200) receiving voltage of the polarity opposite to the polarity of the voltage applied from the voltage applying unit is formed at the lower side of the object.

PURPOSE: A spacer spraying device for an LCD and a spacer system are provided to prevent spacers from being dropped on a substrate having a substrate spacer of organic film by mounting a protection cover in a spacer chamber. CONSTITUTION: A device for spraying spacers includes a chamber(100) having a reaction chamber inside, a spacer spraying nozzle(200) attached to an upper end of the chamber for spraying spacers for maintaining an interval between two substrate components uniformly, a supporting die(400) for supporting a substrate(300) when spraying the spacers, and a protection cover(500) for preventing spacers in the chamber from being dropped on the substrates, wherein the cover is movable vertically.

A powder hopper is provided with a low turbulence zone for supplying powder to a spray gun. The low turbulence zone is defined by a baffle inside the hopper with the low turbulence zone being within a volume of the baffle, and an annular zone between the baffle and the hopper is used to bulk feed powder into the hopper. The low turbulence zone may alternatively be in the annular zone with powder added to the volume of the baffle. One preferred application for this hopper is in connection with the use of fine powder coating materials to coat the interior of small diameter cans.
