Abstract:
An operation control apparatus is provided of a compressor having a rotary shaft which is rotated by a driving apparatus by way of a clutch. The operation control apparatus comprises a recess or projection formed in or on one end surface of the rotary shaft as a portion-to-be-sensed offset from the axis thereof, an electromagnetic sensor disposed in facing relation with a locus described by the recess or projection according to the rotation of the rotary shaft, and a pulse monitoring circuit connected to the sensor. The sensor generates a periodic pulse signal in response to rotation of the rotary shaft. The pulse monitoring circuit generates a clutch release commanding signal to the clutch when it receives no pulse signal from the sensor for a predetermined time duration to protect the driving apparatus.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a water supply pump control device and reduce cost by dispensing with a pressure sensor and a flow rate sensor on a suction side of a pump, and also to control a discharge pressure of the pump to be a predetermined value to make constant estimated terminal pressure control so as to save resources and energy.SOLUTION: The presence of boost pressure in a pump is assessed from an error between F-P characteristics representing relationship between output frequency of an inverter and power consumption, and an actual operating point. When the boost pressure is present, the amount for correcting linearize characteristics representing relationship between a flow rate and a discharge-side pressure is automatically calculated based on the error to correct the linearize characteristics. Thereafter, the output frequency of an inverter unit is PID-controlled in accordance with a target pressure obtained from the corrected linearize characteristics so as to make the constant estimated terminal pressure control.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement control system for a variable displacement compressor which has a displacement control valve of a simple constitution having no pressure-sensitive member for mechanically performing the feedback control of the suction pressure, and reduces the load of the compressor when the speed of the variable displacement compressor is high. SOLUTION: The displacement control system (A) for the variable displacement compressor has a setting means (410) for setting a target suction pressure, which is a target value of the suction pressure, based on external information detected by an external-information detection means. The target suction pressure setting means (410) sets as the target suction pressure a value larger than a lower limit pressure. The lower limit pressure varies according to a physical quantity detected by a compressor speed detection means. In a high-speed region where the speed of the variable displacement compressor is high, the lower limit pressure is higher than that in a low-speed region where the speed of the variable displacement compressor is low. 자동화 방법을 이용하여 최적 또는 소망의 속도로 펌프 속도를 조정하기 위한 장치가 개시된다. 장치는 챔버로부터 가스를 배출하기 위해 상기 챔버에 연결되는 진공 펌프를 포함한다. 센서는 상기 챔버 내 상기 가스의 압력과 같은 하나 이상의 특성을 측정한다. 측정된 특성은, 지정된 값과 비교된다. 진공 펌프의 속도는 소망의 범위 내에 들어올 때까지 상기 비교에 기초하여 조정된다.

An abnormality detection section (23) of a controller (21) detects dry operation of the hydraulic pump (11) when the discharge pressure detected by the pressure sensor (17) is equal to or lower than a judgment pressure previously set according to the operating speed of the hydraulic pump (11).
