The disclosure provides an article having a circuit mounted with parts characterized by comprising an electronic part soldered with a lead free solder and having an identification marking indicating no inclusion of lead and an electrical appliance including the same. The present invention also provides a recycling method of wastes of the same. The present invention can offer an article having a circuit mounted with parts and an electrical appliance including the same both of which facilitate identification whether lead which is poisonous to human body is contained or not.

An automated method for continuously patterning a tape with a plurality of different interconnection patterns, to which an integrated circuit may be bonded using tape automated bonding, including selectively exposing a portion of a photographic film layer (48) of the tape to computer-directed energy forming an integrated circuit interconnection pattern, and an identifying pattern, and developing the film (48) to provide an image of the interconnection pattern. A photoprocessable layer of the tape is then exposed through the film layer (48) to directed energy and processed in conjunction with a conductive layer (44) in order to provide conductors which correspond to the interconnection pattern being fabricated. Also disclosed is a method of high speed patterning of a tape. Further disclosed is a novel material and apparatus for generating TAB tape.

Procédé automatique de configuration continue d'un film selon une pluralité de différentes configurations d'interconnexion, auxquelles un circuit intégré peut être lié à l'aide de la bondérisation automatique à film, consistant à exposer sélectivement une partie d'une couche (48) de pellicule photographique du film à une énergie commandée par ordinateur formant une configuration d'interconnexion de circuit intégré, ainsi qu'une configuration d'identification, et à développer la pellicule (48) afin de produire une image de la configuration d'interconnexion. Ensuite, on expose une couche du film pouvant être phototraitée, par l'intermédiaire de la couche de pellicules (48), à de l'énergie orientée, puis on la traite conjointement avec une couche conductrice (44) afin de produire des conducteurs correspondants à la configuration d'interconnexion fabriquée. On a également mis au point un procédé de configuration rapide d'un film. En outre, on a mis au point une nouvelle matière et un nouvel appareil permettant de produire un film de bondérisation automatique à film.

본 발명은 인쇄회로기판의 최소 일면에 PSR 타입의 잉크를 사용하여 실크 스크린 인쇄공법으로 솔더 레지스트를 형성하는 부분적 스크린 인쇄 과정과; 상기 PSR 타입의 잉크가 도포된 인쇄회로기판을 130~160℃에서 15~70분간 열 건조시키는 PSR 잉크의 열 건조 과정과; PSR 잉크가 도포된 인쇄회로기판의 최소 일면에 숫자 또는 문자를 인쇄하는 것으로 UV잉크 또는 IR잉크를 적용하는 마킹인쇄 과정과; 상기 마킹 인쇄 과정에서 사용된 잉크가 UV잉크일 경우 마킹인쇄 부위에 자외선 광을 5~30초 동안 조사하여 건조시키고, 마킹인쇄 과정에서 사용된 잉크가 IR잉크일 경우 인쇄회로기판을 130~160℃에서 10~30분간 열 건조시키는 마킹 인쇄의 건조과정;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
