Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat using waste heat of a fuel cell.
SOLUTION: An air conditioning system for a fuel cell powered vehicle 1 has a heating heater core 42 at a side of an air conditioning system as a heating heater core, and a supplemental heating heater core 41 for aiding the heating heater core 42 at a side of the fuel cell. A control part 5 opens a shut valve 38 so as to supply a cooling water to the supplemental heating heater core 41 when it is determined that a temperature detected by a temperature sensor T1 is a cooling water supply temperature or more. Afterward, the control part 5 increases heat emitted from the fuel cell 2 when it is determined that the temperature detected by the temperature sensor T1 is the predetermined threshold or lower.

When the quantity of heat produced in the F/C 6 and unnecessary for the F/C 6 is less than the quantity of heat necessary for air conditioning, an electric heater 14 is operated and controlled to compensate the shortage of the quantity of heat.

An amplifier AMP outputs a gate signal to a chopper CH in response to the creep control signal, an acceleration current command IP and a main motor current IM.
