Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel soil microorganism and oxidoreductase isolated from the microorganism are provided to ensure saccharide decomposition of natural products and to obtain various flavonoid aglycons. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing flavonoid aglycons comprises a step of using Rhizobium sp. GIN611(KCTC11708BP) or cell extract thereof. The strain is isolated from soil. The flavonoid aglycon is prepared using Rhizobium sp. GIN611-derived oxidoreductase as a biocatalyst. The flavonoid aglycons are prepared by decomposing saccharides from flavonoid glycoside.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing medicinal herb extract is provided to promote antioxidation and collagen biosynthesis and to suppress elastase and collagenase. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains medicinal herb extract as an active ingredient including Dianthi Herba, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, and Althaea rosea in a weight ratio of 0.5:1:1-1.5:1:1. The cosmetic composition has excellent effect of antioxidation, antiaging, whitening, anti-wrinkling, or moisturizing.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging and whitening contains 0.001-90 weight% of nuruk extract. A method for preparing the Prunusp mume extract comprises: a step of adding water or organic solvent to Prunusp mume; a step of refluxing and precipitating; a step of filtering and centrifuging; a step of separating residual and liquid; and a step of compressing the liquid.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving skin regeneration or skin elasticity contains 0.001-30 weight% of ortho-dihydroxyisoflavoen derivative of 4',7,8-trihydroxyisoflavone, 4',6,7-trihydroxyisoflavone, or 3',4',7-trihydroxyisoflavone as an active ingredient. An external use skin composition, pharmaceutical composition, or cosmetic composition contains the composition.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Rubus coreanus extract is provided to suppress formation of SNARE complex and to improve anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving anti-wrinkling contains 0.0001-30 weight% of Rubus coreanus extract as an active ingredient. The Rubus coreanus extract is obtained from fruit of Rubus coreanus Miquel using 80% ethanol. The Rubus coreanus is pretreated by steaming at 120-150°C for 3-6 hours, roasting at 100-180°C for 10 minutes to one hour and 80-100°C for 10 minutes to one hour.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract. A method for producing Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract comprises: a step of boiling, steaming, roasting, and frying the Sctellaria baicalensis georgi in fire through processing herbal medicine; and a step of extracting Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract using water or organic solvent to obtain extract. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethyl acetate or chloroform.
