PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fermented soybean extract fraction is provided to ensure excellent cell regeneration and wound healing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-30 wt% of fermented soybean extract fraction as an active ingredient. The fraction is prepared by extracting fermented soybean extract with organic solvent, filtering, centrifuging using a membrane filter, and decompressing. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a skin softener, massage cream, essence, nutrition cream, pack, and external use skin ointment.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving scalp condition contains 50.080.0 weight% of natural plant complex ingredients containing Nymphaea tetragona var. angusta CASP. extract, ginger extract, and bamboo extract. The natural plant complex ingredients further contain butylene glycol and phenoxy ethanol.

The medicinal materials are Taraxaci Herba, angelicae tenuissimae Radix, discoreae Rhizoma or Cimicifugae Rhizoma. A method for enhancing skin regeneration of medicinal materials comprises: a step of double-boiling for 60-80 hours; a step of cooling at room temperature for 12-36 hours; a step of double-boiling for 12-36 hours; a step of filtering medicinal materials; and a step of concentrating.

The composition for regulating melanogenesis inhibits the expressions of MITF and tyrosinase. The composition for regulating melanogenesis promotes the expression of MITF and tyrosinase. A screening method of the composition for regulating melanogenesis includes confirmation of regulation of RhoGDI-alpha expression, activation or function.

PURPOSE: A screening method of compounds specifically controlling transcriptional expression of CPT-1 gene, and a CPT-1 expression enhancer comprising genistein which is screened by the same method are provided, thereby easily screening natural compounds reducing fat of human. CONSTITUTION: The screening method of compounds specifically controlling transcriptional expression of CPT-1 gene comprises the steps of: constructing a recombinant plasmid pCPT-1P-luc containing CPT-1 promoter and luciferase; producing a transformant Huh7 cell line(KCLRF-BP-00090) transformed with the recombinant plasmid pCPT-1P-luc; contacting a compound with the transformant Huh7 cell line(KCLRF-BP-00090); quantification of the signal produced by the contact; and comparing the signal amount measured with that of a control.
