Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is an improved solid phase microextraction(SPME) fiber performing an extraction, concentration, and derivatization simultaneously thereon. A method for analyzing an alkylphenol and a bisphenol-A in a water sample by using the SPME fiber is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The SPME fiber is produced by soaking a SPME fiber in a mixture, comprising bis(trimethyl silyl)trifluoro acetamide(BSTFA) and trimethyl chloro silane(TMCS) in the weight ratio of 100:1, for 30min to 2hrs to absorb the BSTFA into the SPME fiber. And the method for analyzing the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A comprises the steps of: bring the SPME fiber into contact with the water sample to absorb the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A into the fiber; separating the fiber and then analyzing by using a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is an effective resolution method of chiral compounds containing hydroxy group or ester group, by using lipase produced by Burkholderia Cocovenenans SY-01I(KFCC 11111). CONSTITUTION: Chiral compounds(formula 1, 2, 3 4 and 5) containing hydroxy group or ester group are resolved by hydrolyzing and trans-esterifying using the solid lipase prepared by dialysis or lyophilizing, wherein the hydrolysis is carried out at 5-35deg.C with by phosphate buffer solution of pH7.09; and the trans-esterification is conducted at 0-55 deg.C with organic solvent and an acylating agent. The organic solvent is selected from n-hexane, ethylacetate, benzene, toluene, THF, diethylether, acetonitrile, dichloroethane, dichloromethane, 1,4-dioxane, methanol, DMSO, DMF and hexane/ethylacetate(9/1 -5/5) and the above acylating agent is chosen from vinylacetate, isopropenylacetate, anhydrous acetic acid, anhydrous propionic acid and anhydrous butyric acid.

게 껍질 분말로 이루어진 유독한 휘발성 유기 화합물 농축용 흡착제 및 그의 제조방법. 본 발명의 게 껍질 흡착제는 특히 대기 중 휘발성 유기 화합물의 기체 크로마토그래피 분석에 앞서 이들 유기 화합물을 농축시키는데 특히 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 흡착제는 자연 중에 산재해 있는 게 껍질을 원료로 함에 따라 제조 비용이 극히 저렴하면서도 검출한계 및 다양한 유기화합물 분석에의 활용도 측면에서도 기존의 흡착제에 비해 손색이 없고 사용방법도 간편하여 산업적으로 매우 유용하다.
