PURPOSE: A roll rod in an automotive engine mounting system is provided to improve NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) property in the generation of large and small displacement. CONSTITUTION: A roll rod in an automotive engine mounting system comprises first and second brackets(110,120), a vibration absorbing member(130), an orifice(140), and a membrane(150). The first bracket is installed in the car body. The second bracket is installed in a transmission. The vibration absorbing member is located between the first and the second brackets. The vibration absorbing member has a space in the center. The orifice is formed on the first bracket. The orifice leaks air from the space of the vibration absorbing member and the first bracket in the large displacement of the low frequency. The membrane is formed on the first bracket.

본 발명은 복잡한 전자 제어 마운트를 사용하지 않으면서도 낮은 동특성을 얻을 수 있어 진동 및 소음의 저감이 우수한 하이드로 엔진 마운트에 관한 것으로, 케이싱(110)의 상부에 위치하여 상부캡(120)을 고정하면서 상부 유체실을 형성하는 상부러버(130)와; 중앙 하부에 연직 방향으로 가이드관(141)이 설치되어 케이싱(110)의 중앙에 횡방향으로 설치되는 디커플러(140)와; 상기 가이드관(141) 내에 고정된 밸브관(150)과; 케이싱(110)의 하부에 위치하여 상기 밸브관(150) 하단을 지지하면서 하부 유체실을 형성하되, 중앙에 질량체(161)가 일체로 가류된 가동러버판(160)으로 구성되어, 종래와 같이 복잡한 구조와 제어로직이 필요한 전자제어 마운트를 사용하지 않으면서도 우수한 동특성을 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있는 발명인 것이다. 하이드로 엔진 마운트, 아이들 오리피스, 가동러버판, 질량체, 공명, 반공명.

A rear suspension system structure of the vehicles is provided to improve driveability and stability of the vehicles. A rear suspension system structure of the vehicles comprises a front lateral link(5) is placed toward the traverse direction of the car body and connected to the knuckle of wheel is positioned at the front of the vehicles based on the center of rotation of wheel; and a link bracket(11) is the side edge portion of car body of the respective connected front lateral link is united with both sides rear wheel with the lateral part hinge with both ends and taking shape the isosceles triangle.

An engine mounting system is provided to decrease the vibration and noise transfer rate by lowering the characteristic valve of an upper transmission mount mounted to the body of a vehicle. An engine mounting system of a vehicle includes an engine mount(10), a pair of front roll mount and rear roll mount(20,30), an upper transmission mount(40), and two lower transmission mounts(50,60). The engine mount is installed on the opposite side of a transmission of an engine and is mounted to the body of the vehicle. The front roll mount and the rear roll mount are installed on the front and rear sides of the transmission respectively and are mounted to a sub-frame. The upper transmission mount is installed at an upper portion of the opposite side of the transmission of the engine and is mounted to the body of the vehicle. The lower transmission mounts are installed at lower portions of the opposite to the transmission of the engine and are mounted to the upper end of the sub-frame.

본 발명은 4점 지지의 관성주축 방식과 복합지지 방식에 따른 파워 트레인 마운팅 시스템을 병행하여 적용할 수 있으며, 5점과 6점의 복합지지 방식에 대비하여 훨씬 향상된 복합지지 4점 방식의 파워 트레인 마운팅 시스템을 제공함과 더불어, 중형급인 I4 엔진과 대형급인 V6 엔진 등 다양한 엔진 사양을 가지는 플랫폼 차량용에 범용적으로 적용할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 전기관 전륜구동 방식이면서 엔진(E)과 변속기(TM)를 횡치시켜 엔진룸내에 탑재하는 파워 트레인 마운팅 시스템에 있어서, 상기 파워 트레인의 관성주축(X)상에 위치하며 차체의 사이드 멤버(SM)와 엔진(E) 사이에 설치되어 파워 트레인의 전체 하중에서 20% 정도를 분담하여 지지하는 1점 지지의 엔진 마운트(1)와; 상기 파워 트레인의 관성주축(X)상에 위치하며 차체의 사이드 멤버(SM)와 변속기(TM)의 상단 사이에 설치되며, 인슐레이터의 특성값이 상하 대비 전후가 1.2배 이상이고, 상하 대비 좌우가 0.5배 이하인 특성을 가지는 부시로 이루어져, 상기 파워 트레인에 대한 하중 분담을 하지 않고 파워 트레인의 롤 거동을 제어하는 변속기 마운트(2) 및; 상기 파워 트레인의 전/후방에 위치하며, 서브 프레임(SF)상에 설치되어 파워 트레인의 전체 하중에서 80% 정도를 지지하는 2점 지지의 전/후방측 롤 마운트(3,4)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A suspension arm of a rear suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve the appearance by crossing the upper arm with the lower arm, to prevent wear of the tire by increasing linear stability and restricting change of camber angle in bumping or rebounding, and to improve the durability by reducing noise and increasing the size of the upper arm bush and the lower arm bush. CONSTITUTION: A suspension arm of a rear suspension is composed of an upper arm(81) and a lower arm crossed between a rear cross member(1) and a knuckle(N). The upper arm and the lower arm are combined with the rear cross member through an upper arm bush(81a) and a lower arm bush(82a) and with the knuckle through a ball joint. The upper arm is formed of a rectangular beam, and the lower arm is formed of a round pipe. An elliptical internal hole(81c) is formed longitudinally in the upper arm or the lower arm, and the upper arm and the lower arm are crossed by penetrating the other arm to the internal hole.

PURPOSE: An active damping control mount is provided to facilitate the mounting performance of a vehicle, to improve durability and to reduce the cost by actively controlling the damping force without power supply from the outside with simplified constitution. CONSTITUTION: An active damping control mount comprises a sensing coil(13) and a permanent magnet(15) installed with a space between a mount housing(3) contacting with an mounting object like a vehicle body and a mount upper plate(5) contacting with the mounting object like a engine and integrally moving; transformers(17) connected to the sensing coil, to amplify an induction current induced from the sensing coil; and two electrode plates(19) installed to ER(Electro-rheological) fluid-vertical flow passages of a mount fluid chamber(11) to receive power supply from the transformers.

PURPOSE: An engine mounting apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability and the rigidity of a mounting insulator, and to reduce noise and vibration by offsetting load applied to the mounting insulator with using negative pressure of the engine. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting device for a vehicle is composed of a bracket(100) combined with a vehicle body to form the outside of a mounting insulator; a buffer unit(110) dividing the bracket into upper and lower parts; a negative pressure chamber(120) formed in the upper part of the buffer unit to transmit external force according to change of negative pressure; an atmospheric chamber(130) formed in the lower part of the buffer unit and communicated to atmospheric pressure; and a negative pressure hose(140) combined with the negative pressure chamber to transmit change of pressure. Noise and vibration are reduced, and endurance is improved by using negative pressure of the engine.

PURPOSE: A cross member for a vehicle is provided to improve the stiffness of a cross member by supporting on a connecting member, and to minimize the interference of the cross member with neighboring parts by efficiently using the space formed around the connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A front member(1) is connected with a rear member(2) via a side member(3) having an arm mounting bracket(4) and a body mounting tube(5). A gear box mounting bracket(3) is connected with the front member and the rear member. The front member and the rear member are formed in the shape of a bar. Parts are installed in a space formed between the front member and the rear member. Then, the interference of a cross member(6) with the parts is avoided.

본 고안은 차량의 마운팅 구조에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 지지프레임에 고정되는 제1브라켓과, 엔진 및/또는 트랜스미션에 고정되는 제2브라켓이 힌지축에 의해 연결되고, 상기 힌지축에는 상기 제1브라켓과 상기 제2브라켓의 간섭을 방지히도록 사이드 스토퍼(side stopper)가 결합된 차량의 마운팅 구조에 있어서, 상기 사이드 스토퍼(29)는 유체가 내장된 액실을 가진 유연성 재질로 되어 있고; 상기 액실은 유로를 사이에 두고 중간에 형성된 제1액실(41)과, 가장자리에 형성된 제2액실(43)로 되어 있으므로, 엔진 및/또는 트랜스미션의 진동시 충격흡수력이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
