Abstract: A sealer application device for sealing vehicle body is provided to apply the sealer accurately to the vehicle body while narrowing application width of the sealer, and increase penetration depth of the sealer by adapting a robot for automatically applying the sealer to the vehicle body at a sealing position of the body in a conveyor line. The device comprises: a sealing gun(10) that has a sealer-feeding nozzle(12) vertically formed on a main body(11), a guiding piece(13) and an air output duct(14) mounted on the front and the rear of outlet of the sealer-feeding nozzle(12), respectively; a supporting element(20) that supports a supporting pin(21) on top of the main body(11) and lower portion of the device at the supporting pin(21); a length correction element(30) that joins the supporting element(20) and a robot arm(51); and a nozzle part correction element(40) that is formed at one side of the supporting pin(21).

Abstract: 본 발명은 접착제 도포 장비를 구비한 스폿 용접장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 스폿 용접이 어려운 국소 부위를 대체하기 위해 도포하는 도포장비를 별도로 마련하지 않고 스폿 용접장치에 구비시킨 도포장비를 이용하여 스폿 용법이 불가능한 부분에 도포장비를 이용하여 접착시키는 구조에 관한 것이다.
상술한 바에 의하면 스폿 용접장치를 고정시키는 고정 브래킷과 이 고정브래킷 측면에 설치되어 상기 스폿 용접장치를 지지하는 지지 브래킷이 마련되고, 이 지지 브래킷의 하부 일측에는 하부에 상부 용접팁을 구비하여 로봇장치에 결합하는 결합부와 체결되는 체결 브래킷이 설치된다. 상기 고정 브래킷의 외 측면부에는 국소 부위의 용접을 대체할 수 있는 접착제 공급노즐이 설치되고, 상기 공급노즐 하부에는 상기 공급노즐에서 유입되는 접착제를 유도하는 연결호스가 상기 로봇아암 측면 하부 일측에 설치되어 스폿 용접이 어려운 국소 부위에 접착제를 도포할 수 있게 토출구를 구비한 가변형 도포노즐에 연결 설치된다.
