Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide opening sections for forming picture elements on a substrate by the simple and economical method and put ink into the opening sections. CONSTITUTION:A shade layer 2 shielding the visible light and an ink-repellent layer 3 preventing ink 5 from being mixed between picture elements are laminated on a substrate 1, a laser beam having the wavelength not exceeding 450nm is radiated to this laminated body to remove the shade layer 2 and the ink- repellent layer 3 at the preset positions, opening sections 4 independent from each other are provided, and the preset ink 5 is put into the opening sections 4 to form picture elements. Silicone rubber is preferably used for the ink- repellent layer 3, and excimer laser is preferable for the laser beam. The ink jet method is preferably used to put the ink 5 into the opening sections 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a resin coating apparatus for fibrous article in which a flow rate of synthetic resin is uniformly distributed, and which is very compact and easily handled and further easily manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A straightening unit 3 is set and screw-clamped in a straightening unit containing hole 21 provided at a cross head die mounted at an end of an extruder 1. Channel grooves laterally symmetrically branched by two-stage branch grooves are formed on a surface of the unit 3. Synthetic resin supplied to main grooves of the unit 3 from the extruder 1 is uniformly distributed at the branch grooves, and finally equally divided into four parts. The resin fed out of the ends of the branch grooves are discharged to nozzles 23 through channels. On the other hand, four fibrous articles 4 are drawn from drawing-in channels formed in the die, and coated at the nozzles 23 with synthetic fibers discharged equally as above.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a screwlike molded body of a fiber-reinforced composite where tensile strength and shearing strength are well-balanced and strength of a screw is improved as a whole and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:This is a screwlike molded body of a fiber-reinforced composite where a tilted angle theta to an axial direction of the screwlike molded body 7 of a reinforced fiber bundle 9 forming three dimensional fiber structure is at least 5 deg. and not exceeding 40 deg. and a number of single yarns of one bundle of the reinforced fiber bundles 9 are in a fixed relation to a screw diameter to be formed. The reinforced fiber bundle coated beforehand with thermoplastic resin is knitted in three dimensions, through which a three-dimensional fiber structure is formed, the three-dimentional fiber structure is hot-pressed by an air-tight mold, after formation of an intermediate material, the intermediate material is arranged within an air-tight and a multi-divided mold where a screw groove is formed within and it is separable into at least three parts, heated and pressure-molded, in a manufacture of the screwlike molded body.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and improve the heat resistance of a belt by providing an endless band, containing in its inside an endless engaging band engaged with each block and flat bands positioned in the outside, and engaging the engaging band with each block in an engaging part forming a protruded and recessed parts with a predetermined space in a lengthwise direction of the band. CONSTITUTION:A V belt 1 is formed by mounting blocks 4 successively to an endless band 2 consisting of a lower part engaging band 3b and flat bands 2a, 2b. Drive torque for rotating a drive pulley 12 is transmitted to the block 4 by friction force generated between friction transmitting surfaces F, F of the block 4 and the pulley 12 by a side pressure acting on the pulley 12. The drive torque is transmitted to the block 4 and through a recessed part 6, formed thereof, to a protruded part 31 of the lower part engaging band 3b engaged with this recessed part 6. Since these protruded and recessed parts 6, 31 are of fitting structure having a quadrangular section, no relatively rotating conversion motion is generated between the block 4 and the band 3b at the time of transmitting power, thus heat generation due to rubbing by both of them is decreased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To readily produce the subject structure having various different cross-sectional shapes by arranging carriers holding fibers to be woven into a matrix state, dividing the matrix into blocks and carrying out basic weaving operations in turn alternately for each selected block. CONSTITUTION:Many carriers 1 are arranged to a matrix state in a plane and the carries-arranged area is divided into plural rectangular blocks G1, G2.... Plural blocks are selected from the prepared blocks, and fibers to be woven are held in the respective carriers of the selected blocks and subjected to basic weaving operations in turn alternately for each selected block. Three-dimensional fiber structure having various different cross-sectional shapes can readily be woven without changing the dispositions of carrier-driving equipments 10-13, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable FRP nuts having high productivity to be manufactured by prepar ing reinforcing fibers being oriented at a specific length and along the longitudinal direction and a molding material, and laminating a plurality of molding materials within the die, and then heating and compressing them. CONSTITUTION:A molding material is prepared which is consisting of reinforcing fiber bundles 4b being oriented in a direction and synthetic resin 4b. The length of the molding material 2 is determined to be a length of 65% or more and 100% or less of inscribed circle diameter D of the nut shape in the die inner surface 1e. It can obtain a further preferable result should the length be determined to be a length of 70% or more and 90% or less. Necessarily, the molding material 2 is laminated to face around the center of the die inner surface 1e in the nut shape. The protruded part of a male mold 1a is inserted into the die inner surface 1e of a female die 1b, and through heating and compressing the molding material 2 laminated by the die 1, a nut shaped fiber reinforced synthetic resin molding is molded. The molding is taken out from the die 1, and a screwing work is given around the center of the molding and in the laminated direction of the molding material 2, thereby manufactur ing a F R P nut.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and high heat-resistant driving V belt by forming an endless beld made of metal and to which blocks each made of non-metal and having friction transmitting faces are attached, by means by welding and joining of engaging bands to a flat band located outside thereof, the engaging bands engaging with each block in such a manner as being incapable of displacement relative thereto. CONSTITUTION:An endless band 2 made of high strength metal is formed by junction of upper and lower engaging bands 3a, 3b to a flat band 2c interposed therebetween, the engaging bands having respective projecting portions 31, 33 of rectangular section provided on their inner or outer peripheral faces at regular intervals. Also, a block 4 made of nonmetal has friction transmitting faces F, F on both side faces and also has on its upper portion a recessed portion 6 which is formed at the bottom of a notch recessed portion 5 and into which the projecting portion 31 of the lower engaging band 3b is to be fitted, and in addition, an upper lid 7 which has recessed portions 8 on its upper and lower faces for engaging with the projecting portions 33 of the upper engaging belt 3a is locked in the notch recessed portion 5; since the band is made of metal, its strength and heat resistance are both high, while tensile forces acted on the block are made smaller, the block being made of lightweight nonmetal; a long-life V belt can as a result be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To mold a double teeth belt easily with high accuracy without generating displacement between an internal tooth and an external tooth by composing the title molding die of an inner mold, an outer circumference of which has a tooth type for forming the internal tooth, an outer mold, an inner circumference of which has a tooth type for shaping the external tooth and which is divided into the plural, and a hold-down mold for pushing the belt. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 for molding a double teeth belt is set onto a base 2 under the state in which one end in the cross direction is erected. Tooth types 7 having shapes corresponding to the internal teeth of the double teeth belt are shaped onto the outer circumference of a columnar body 6 in an inner mold 3, an annular body 8 is divided into the plural in an outer mold 4, and tooth types 9 having shapes corresponding to the external teeth of the double teeth belt are formed onto the inner circumferences of the annular bodies 8 respectively. For apply pressure to the outer mold 4, a tapered ring 11, the inside of which has a tapered surface 10, is fitted to the outer mold 4, in which taper-working is executed to an outer circumference, and the taper ring 11 may be pushed from an upper section by a press. Internal teeth 13 having approximately the same pitch diameter as a molded form and teeth types and external teeth 14 are shaped to each of the inner circumferential surface and outer circumferential surface of an annular body 15 in a hold-down mold 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve durability and transmission capacity of the belt by mounting an upper cover to a block so that the upper cover can press a band against the block, and installing a contacting and pressing part movable relative to the block in the longitudinal direction of the band. CONSTITUTION:Convex parts 3a, 3b for engagement are installed on both upper and lower faces of an endless band 1 in which reinforcing wires are burried, and friction-transmission faces F capable of being contact with pulleys and pressed against them are provided on both sides of a block 4. And a concave part 6 for engaging a convex part 3b is formed on the bottom of a notch- concave parts 5 of the block 4, pinholes 10 being formed in both sides of the notch-concave parts. Further, a concave part 8 for engaging the convex part 3a is formed on the lower face of the upper cover 7 opposed to the band 1, pinholes being formed in the upper cover. Thus, the convex parts 3a, 3b are engaged with the concave parts 8, 6, and an engaging pin 11 is inserted in the pinholes 10, 9. The upper cover 7 can therefore make a circular motion relative to the block 4, so that excessive loads to the band 1 can be prevented, and the durability and transmission capacity of the belt can be improved.
