    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce weight and to provide high strength and high rigidity by a method wherein reinforcing fibers are woven in a three-dimensional direction and in a given shape in cross section such that the fibers are turned over on the outer periphery of a frame as they obliquely cross a three-dimensional direction of the axial direction of the frame and directions extending at right angles with the axial direction or cross the three-dimensional direction at right angles. CONSTITUTION:A fiber reinforced composite material 23 of a racket frame 19 is a substance manufactured by applying processing on a three-dimensional fiber structure 8. The three dimensional fiber structure 8 is formed such that a plurality of reinforcing fiber bundles 9 cross each other obliquely in a threedimensional direction of an axial direction Y of a frame and axes X and Z extending at right angles with the frame axis, and are woven as they are entangled with each other.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the shearing strength of a thread by making a reinforced fiber bundle into a three-dimensional fiber structure of reinforced fiber bundles formed in three-dimensional knit units in a screw-shaped molded material constituted of a molded material of a fiber reinforced composed material consisting of a matrix and reinforced fiber bundles with screw channels formed thereon by means of a force. CONSTITUTION:As for a matrix to be used, synthetic resin, metal or the like is preferred, and as for the reinforcing fibers, inorganic fibers such as glass fibers or the like and organic fibers such Aramid fibers are used.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent generation of nap in a strand, by a method wherein a strand widening part comprised by forming a gap between projecting curved surface parts formed by arranging a pair of bar members with the surface parts confronting each other and a molten resin filling part arranged on an introducing port side of a strand of the strand widening part are provided. CONSTITUTION:A strand 1 sent out continuously from a sending out machine 2 is introduced into a strand widening die 6 via a guide 3 under a strained state where tension is applied to the strand 1. Then simultanesouly with widening of the strand the strand is molded into a precursor by a method wherein the strand is compounded with molten resin fed from a barrel part 5, this prepreg precursor is cooled by a cooling bath 8 in succession, after the same is dried by a dryer 9, the same is wound up by a wind-up machine 10. With this construction, since the strand does not come into contact violenty with the bar member of the strand widening part, napping also prevented by friction, surface roughening of the prepreg to be obtained becomes hard to occur and compounding state also between a fiber and the resin becomes favorable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, having rotating bodies placed on both sides of a fiber sheetlike material with a high polymer elastomer solution in a coagulation bath for coagulating the above-mentioned fiber sheetlike material by the wet method, and capable of coagulating rapidly the above-mentioned sheetlike material into a flexible sheetlike material. CONSTITUTION:A fiber sheetlike material 3 with a high polymer elastomer solution applied thereto is wet coagulated. In the process, rotating bodies 5 having a blade are placed on both sides of the sheetlike material 3 to be conveyed by rolls 4 in a coagulation bath 1 containing a coagulating solution 2, and rotated to stir the coagulating solution 2 of a high concentration on the surface of the sheetlike material 3 and accelerate the coagulation. According to the above-mentioned method, a strong force is not applied to the sheetlike material 3 as opposed to the conventional method, and trouble, e.g. permanent set in sheet thickness, will not occur. Preferably, the number of blades is 1-4, and the number of revolutions is 200-400r.p.m. The distance between the sheetlike material 3 and the blade tips of the rotating bodies 5 is 5-15mm..
