Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for electrostatically applying a coating, such as solder mask, to a substrate 16 such as a circuit board. A grounded conveyor system includes electrically conductive means 22 for suspending the substrate from the conveyor and grounding the substrate. An atomizing spray nozzle 10 provides an atomized, electrically charged spray of the coating material in the direction of the grounded substrate 16. A focusing element 12 is positioned to confine the spray to a desired pattern 14, and a receiving backplate 18, which carries a charge opposite that of the spray, is positioned behind the substrate 16 to attract the charged coating particles that do not impinge on the substrate 16.

Disclosed are a device for electrostatic atomization and a method thereof, capable of: efficient humidification even in an environment, such as winter, in which an air conditioner does not operate; preventing problems including a nozzle blockage and a device aging when being used for a long period of time; and solving problems including moisture and smell by preventing water from remaining in a nozzle in case an operation is turned off. The electrostatic atomization device includes: a nozzle unit which composes a nozzle, which sprays misted droplets in one direction by receiving fluid, and an electrode unit, which electrostatically sprays the fluid which is supplied to the nozzle by applying a voltage; a receiving container which accommodates fluid; a pumping unit which forcibly transfers the fluid which is accommodated in the receiving container to the nozzle; and an air blower which blows the misted droplets which are generated from the nozzle to the inside of a vehicle. The present invention has a control unit which turns on the pumping unit in case power is turned on and applies a voltage on the nozzle unit after the air blower is turned on. Thereby the present invention is able to: humidify efficiently even in an environment, such as winter, in which an air conditioner does not operate; prevent problems including a nozzle blockage and a device degradation when being used for long time; and solve problems including moisture and smell by preventing water from remaining in a nozzle when an operation is turned off.

PURPOSE: A multi-jet mode electrostatic spray device for non-conductive liquid using a coaxial grooved nozzle, and a producing method of micro-droplets using thereof are provided to spray the non-conductive liquid in the high flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A multi-jet mode electrostatic spray device for non-conductive liquid using a coaxial grooved nozzle comprises the following: the grooved nozzle(10) including an inner nozzle and an outer nozzle; an inner flow supply unit(30) supplying the non-conductive liquid to the internal space; an inner flow rate controller(31) connected to the inner flow supply unit for controlling the flow rate of the non-conductive liquid a high voltage applying unit(40) applying the voltage to the non-conductive liquid; an external flow supply unit(50) supplying the non-conductive liquid into a separation space; and a controller(41) adjusting the voltage applied by the high voltage applying unit based on the flow rate of the non-conductive liquid.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a medicine discharge stent is provided to discharge medicine on the surface of stent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a medicine discharge stent comprises a nozzle(110), a collector(120), a power supply(130), a liquid storage tank(140), and a rotary motor(150). The nozzle discharges solution loaded inside an electrospinning device and is made of an anti-corrosive metal like stainless steel. The collector collects the solution discharged from the nozzle. The power supply generates electric potential difference by applying two voltages having different polarities to the nozzle and collector. The rotary motor is combined with the rotary shaft formed in the longitudinal direction of the collector and rotates the collector.

PURPOSE: An electrospray device having a guard plate of an insulated electric potential and a method thereof are provided to produce a uniform charged microdroplet sprayed using an electrospray unit and control the spray angle of a uniform charge microdroplet sprayed via a capillary. CONSTITUTION: The electrospray device comprises: a metal capillary(10) into which a working fluid is supplied; a metal guard plate(40) which is penetrated by the capillary(10) so as to expose one region and vertically coupled thereto; an insulating member(20) coated on a penetrated region so that the capillary(10) is insulated with respect to the guard plate(40); a ground plate(50) located facing one face of the guard plate(40) at a predetermined gap; and an insulating holder(30) armored on the capillary(10) located at the top part of the guard plate(40).

PURPOSE: A sprayer is provided which applies frictional static electricity to paint by a vibrator or prevents injection passage from being blocked so that it helps painting work to be done stably and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: In the sprayer which contains a supply part(3)(4) to supply paint and pressurized air to a grip(2) in a body(1), an injection passage(5) and an injection nozzle(6) in front of the injection passage, the sprayer is characterized by placing a magnet(7) in the rear side of the injection passage, a trembling hole(9) in the waist part of the magnet, a front trembling board(10) which is elastically moved by upper or lower spring(11), a vibrator(12) which is long placed in the front midst of the trembling board to generate frictional electricity and a support stand(13) which is placed in the front edge of the vibrator.
