Abstract:
A fire door release mechanism includes a pair of levers engaging a bearing disc to hold a toothed clutch in engagement between a shaft of the fire door and a shaft of its operator. One of the levers has, at its end remote from the bearing disc, a pin on which a holding block is pivotally mounted. The other lever also has a pin at its remote end which is retained within a pocket on the holding block so long as tension is applied to the block, which tension is normally provided by a fuse link chain. When the tension is released, the levers, which are lightly spring biased, pivot out of engagement with the bearing disc to allow the clutch to disengage and separate the operator shaft from the fire door shaft.

Bei einer automatisch auslösbaren Selbstschließeinrichtung für Tore, insbesondere ein Schiebetor, umfassend einen Schließkrafterzeuger, insbesondere ein Schließgewicht oder eine Schließfeder, und eine Rückhaltevorrichtung der Selbstschließeinrichtung, wird zur widerstandsarmen und einfachen Betätigbarkeit vorgeschlagen, dass das Tor im rückgehaltenen Zustand der Selbstschließeinrichtung von der Selbstschließeinrichtung entkoppelt und schließkraftfrei bewegbar ist.

Disclosed is a speed regulator for an automatically closing slide door for regulating a closing speed of an automatically closing slide door which is closed automatically, comprising; a generator associated with said slide door; an one-way clutch means for converting a linear movement caused during a closing motion of said slide door into a rotational movement and for transmitting said rotational movement to said generator; a resistor connected to an output of said generator; and a speed change means for changing said closing speed of said slide door, at a predetermined position before the closed position of said slide door, from a first predetermined speed to a second predetermined speed slower than said first predetermined speed by changing a resistance value of said resistor.

A self-opening and self-closing device enabling entry into a controlled access area and comprising a gate with two laterally retractable panels (10, 12) that may be opened by inserting a ticket or access card into a control mechanism. Each of the panels is controlled by a respective motor operated by the control mechanism. Each panel is secured to at least two runner members (16, 20; 24, 28) that are each operated by a roller (30, 36; 42, 48) secured to a link arm (32, 38; 44, 50). The link arms are rotationally interconnected and rotated by the respective motor. Simultaneous rotation of the arms in opposite directions moves the two panels together (or apart) and thus closes (or opens) the entry device by moving each panel into a position in which it is locked by the respective arm in the horizontal position.

Um ein Sektionaltor mit einem aus bezüglich einer zu verschließenden und mit einer Zarge versehenen Toröffnung im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden, zueinander parallel angeordneten und gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Sektionen bestehenden Torblatt, welches ein im wesentlichen umlaufendes Rahmenprofil aufweist und mittels eines Antriebes bewegbar ist, dahingehend zu verbessern, daß dieses rauchdicht und auch stromlos sicher automatisch verschließbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß zwischen dem Rahmenprofil und der Zarge eine Dichtungsleiste verstellbar angeordnet ist.
