Abstract:
A working vehicle (1) includes: an air cleaner (10) provided with a vacuator (12); a planar portion (2F) located below the air cleaner (10); an emission receiver (20) provided to the planar portion (2F) at a position right under the vacuator (12), the emission receiver (20) being recessed downward while having an upper opening (21), the emission receiver (20) including a bottom surface (20A); and a discharge channel (30) having a base end that is in communication with the emission receiver (20) through a communication opening (23) and a distal end that is opened to an outside of the working vehicle through a discharge port (31), the discharge channel having an inclined surface (32) inclined downward from the communication opening (23) toward discharge port (31).
Abstract:
Ribs 13 are protruded from a lid 8 and a housing body so as to prevent a sphere B with a diameter of 100 mm stipulated in outer protrusion requirements from contacting with a latch 12.
Abstract:
The disclosure concern air cleaners. Preferred air cleaners are shown which include a housing and a removable and replacement primary filter cartridge. Optional and advantageous features are shown. The preferred primary filter cartridge is conical in shape. A preferred optional safety or secondary filter cartridge is shown. Preferred methods of assembly and use are provided.
Abstract:
An adsorber assembly (206) for separating contaminants, such as siloxanes, from air is provided. The adsorber assembly (206) includes a housing (302) having an inlet (208) and an outlet (214). The adsorber assembly (206) also includes at least one separation module (210) stacked within the housing (302). The at least one separation module (210) includes a first cartridge (308) having a first filter media (310) configured to separate contaminants from the air and a second cartridge (314) having a second filter media (316) configured to separate contaminants from the air. The second cartridge (314) and the first cartridge (308) define a flow path (318) between the first filter media (310) and the second filter media (316). The flow path (318) is in fluid communication with the inlet (208) of the housing (302). The present disclosure also provides an air intake system equipped with the adsorber assembly (206).
Abstract:
The air cleaner (32) comprises a base member (41) including a base wall (41A) extending substantially horizontally, and a cover member (42) attached to an upper side of the base wall to jointly define a filter chamber (70) for receiving a filter element (43) therein. The air cleaner further includes a passage member (44) communicating with the filter chamber and incorporated with a plurality of air ejection pipes (44C) each surrounded by an annular air inlet passage (44E) fitted with guide vanes (44D) for rotating the air flow, and a case member (45) defining separation chambers (45C) for separating dust from the rotating air flow. The passage member (44) is interposed between the cover member (42) and the case member (45).
Abstract:
An air filtration system comprises an airflow inverter valve, an internal diffuser and a cylindrical filtration element positioned between the airflow inverter valve and the internal diffuser. A frustoconical external diffuser is joined to the airflow inverter valve so as to at least partly surround the filtration element. If desired, the airflow inverter valve and the external diffuser may be built as a single monolithic member. In one example, the airflow inverter valve, internal diffuser, filtration element and external diffuser each have a central axis of rotation aligned along a common central axis of the air filtration system.
