    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that is simple, and exerts no resistance to fluid flow at movement of a valve body, in a valve used for a reservoir tank of a hydraulic brake system for vehicle.SOLUTION: A reservoir chamber valve 1 of a hydraulic control type includes a closing member 13 that seals a valve seat 26 of a valve element 22, and is subjected to an initial stress via a first compression spring 14; and a tappet 12 that is coupled with a reservoir piston 10 urged by a second compression spring 15, and extrudes the closing member 13 from the valve seat 26, when an inherent power ratio is generated between a spring initial stress and a force acting in hydraulic manner. The first compression spring 14 and the closing member 13 are guided in a filter 24. The valve element 22 including the valve seat 26 and a filter 24 including a guide means are fabricated as an integrated plastic member 20.
