PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film material for a gas holder having high friction resistance and flexibility enough to be used as a gas holder, in addition to the strength of fiber base fabric, and having a high gas barrier property. SOLUTION: This film material 1, 2 used in the gas holder for storing or recovering gas is composed of at least four layers of a protective layer, a base fabric layer, a gas barrier layer and a protective layer. Here, at least one of the protective layers constituting the film material is preferably composed of a polyolefin resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus suitable for supplying a desorbed gas to reuse destination at stable gas pressure, while enhancing a recovery ratio of high purity hydrogen gas, in purifying hydrogen gas from a mixed gas containing hydrogen by using a pressure swing adsorption method.SOLUTION: A method for purifying hydrogen gas from a mixed gas containing hydrogen is provided in which a cycle including a hydrogen-enriched gas leading out step and a desorbed gas leading out step is repeated. In the hydrogen-enriched gas leading out step, by means of a pressure swing adsorption method using adsorption columns 10A-10D filled with an adsorbent, a mixed gas is introduced into the adsorption columns while the adsorption columns are in relatively high pressure, impurities in the mixed gas is adsorbed by the adsorbent and a hydrogen-enriched gas is led out from the adsorption columns. In the desorbed gas leading out step, the impurities are desorbed from the adsorbent by reducing pressure in the adsorption columns and the desorbed gas is led out from the adsorption columns. While the desorbed gas led out from the adsorption columns is introduced into a volume-changeable gas holder 2, the gas in the gas holder 2 is led out while keeping the pressure in the gas holder 2 substantially constant.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and an apparatus for supplying fuel capable of realizing sufficient traveling distance while suppressing the reduction of effective load volume of a vehicle operated by a hydrogen fuel cell. SOLUTION: Fuel is supplied to the vehicle having a hydrogen consuming element or a fuel cell for generating electric energy from hydrogen while generating recirculatable reacted fuel by catalyst reaction for isolating hydrogen from a hydrogen feed material in an unreacted fuel. At this time, the unreacted fuel is extracted from a first storage chamber 3, the reacted fuel is filled into at least one second storage chamber 4 separated from the first storage chamber 3, and the volume of the first storage chamber 3 corresponding to the vacant space of unreacted fuel being extracted is used for storage of the reacted fuel.
