Abstract:
The invention relates to a network interface for redundant coupling of a substation communication network and a packet-switched WAN of a power network. The interface device comprises: a first redundancy module comprising: two LAN ports connectable with the Substation communication network, and a first interface port; a second redundancy module comprising: two WAN ports connectable with the WAN, and a second interface port; and a first interworking module connecting the first with the second redundancy module via the first and the second interface port, and adapted to forward protection data between the first and the second redundancy module.
Abstract:
A plug-in unit assembly comprising a case (13) and a plug-in unit (12) arranged to be removably connected to the case (13). The plug-in unit (12) comprises a unit body (121), a handle (2) and an actuating member (9). The handle (2) is pivotally connected to the unit body (121) and operationally connected to the actuating member (9), the actuating member (9) being movably connected to the unit body (121). The case (13) comprises a locking counterpart element (15) and a releasing counterpart element (16), each of which is adapted to co-operate with the actuating member (9) for moving the plug-in unit (12). The locking counterpart element (15) is adapted to move the plug-in unit (12) to a plugged-in position, and the releasing counterpart element (16) is adapted to move the plug-in unit (12) to an outer releasing position.
Abstract:
A furnace plant including at least one furnace vessel comprising side walls, a bottom and a roof. At least one heater is configured to heat metal in the furnace vessel. A compartment includes sidewalls lined with refractory material. The compartment forms an extension of the furnace vessel. At least one electromagnetic stirrer is arranged outside and adjacent to the compartment. A refractory plate is arranged inside the compartment. The refractory plate includes an upper edge configured to be positioned below a meniscus of molten metal and includes a lower edge positioned spaced apart from a bottom of the compartment. The plate is arranged such that a gap between the plate and a wall of the compartment increases toward the bottom of the compartment.
