    Abstract: The invention relates to an appliance for the rapid vibration of tubes (24) containing samples, for example biological samples, said appliance comprising a platform (22) for supporting tubes, and means (28) which are used to suspend the platform on a base (10) of the appliance and are formed by an elastomer disk, the periphery of said disk being connected to the base (10) and the central part being connected to an axial end piece (26) connecting the platform (22) to driving means (12, 14, 16, 20). The invention enables tubes containing samples to be subjected to a high-frequency curvilinear alternating movement.
