    Abstract: The inventive device for fast vibration of tubes (24) containing samples, for example biological samples comprises a platform (22) for supporting the tubes and concentric bearing blocks (28, 30) for arranging the platform in a crown (26) which is elastically suspended on a frame (10). Said bearing blocks comprise two rolling bearings arranged one inside the other. Said invention makes it possible to exposed the samples containing tubes to an alternate curvilinear and high frequency motion.

The central part of the suspension contains the center of rotation (34) of the plate. The suspension is essentially planar and perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the plate, and comprises an elastomeric washer. This is vulcanized onto an axial termination for attachment to the fixed part. The peripheral part of the washer is vulcanized onto a liaison ring on the plate. The drive is an eccentric (16, 18) driven around a vertical axis passing through the center of rotation and connected to the plate by a bearing. The plate has circular containers holding the sample tubes in a regular distribution around the center of rotation.
