본 발명은 핵 이동 신호 펩타이드 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 신호 펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자 및 이종 단백질(heterologous protein)을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 발현 벡터, 상기 발현 벡터를 포함하는 이종 단백질의 핵 이동 유도용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 핵으로 도입하는 것을 포함하는, 이종 단백질을 핵으로 이동시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신호 펩타이드는 이종 단백질에 융합하여 그를 핵으로 이동시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease and, more specifically, to a composition which comprises (+)-syringaresinol for preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease. The composition can inhibit the apoptosis of myocardial cells induced by reactive oxygen by enhancing the expression of SIRT 1, thereby can have an excellent effect for preventing or alleviating the cardiovascular disease.

PURPOSE: An antiobesity agent containing a hot water extract of Piper longum L. is provided to promote lipolysis of subcutaneous adipocytes and to suppress fat accumulation in the subcutaneous adipocytes, thereby preventing or suppressing obesity. CONSTITUTION: An antiobesity agent contains 1-80 wt% of a hot water extract of Piper longum L. as an active ingredient. The extract promotes the decomposition of subcutaneous fat. The obesity is caused by lipid intake. The hot water used for preparing the extract is water of 80-120°C.
