Abstract: A printing method using an ink-jet printer is provided to form a line of uniform width by making the printing pitch of discharged ink droplets different in forming a line in the printing direction, the oblique direction and the horizontal direction. A printing method using an ink-jet printer includes a step for forming a first line by discharging the ink droplets at a first print pitch(a~c) in parallel with the printing direction of a head, and a step for forming a second line which intersects with the printing direction of the head by discharging the ink droplets at a second print pitch(d~f) smaller than the first print pitch. The second print pitch becomes narrow as the second line approaches 45° with respect to the printing direction.
