PURPOSE: A data processing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to calculate the whole operation by sensing the movements of points when capturing motions. CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(120) randomly assigns a plurality of input data to clusters. A calculation unit(130) uses the regression analysis to calculate the transformation matrix coping with clusters. The calculation unit calculates the return value applying transformation matrixes to the first data allocated to first cluster. The processing unit assigns the first data based on the return value to the second cluster.

PURPOSE: A data storage device adaptively controlling signal strength of memory channel and a setting method thereof are provided to implement a data storage unit of high reliability and low power consumption by adjusting signal strength of the memory channel according to the change of driving environment. CONSTITUTION: A memory controller(110) exchanges data with a memory device(130) through channels. The memory controller adjusts the driving strength of channels by referring the number of memories and current temperature. A partial range active mode activates the part of the channels depending on the number of memory devices and the current temperature. A partial interleaving mode is adjusts the number of part interleaving mode which is interleaving access in the activated channel. A channel skew mode gives different data transfer time point among the activated channels.

PURPOSE: A light guide plate and a display apparatus employing the same are provided to simplify the kind and arrangement of a dot light source by using a single dot light source. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(11) is located on a reflector(10). A light source(13) is formed at one side of the light guide plate. Quantum dots(12a,12b) are formed at one side of the light guide plate. The positions of the quantum dots are not restricted. A Quantum dot is formed inside the light guide plate and is interposed between reflectors.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for annealing electron beam and a method for annealing using the same are provided to perform an activation process without the damage of a thin film deposed on a substrate by injecting the electron beam toward the substrate with a pulse manner and subsequently injecting reaction gas. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(120) is located within a chamber(110). A thin film(121) composed of a pre-set material is deposited on the substrate. An electron beam injecting unit(130) injects electronic beam into the pre-set area of the substrate in a pulse manner. A reaction gas is supplied to the inside of the chamber. A bias application unit(140) applies a bias voltage to the substrate.

PURPOSE: A three dimensional multi foldable device is provided to enable transformation into various shapes by being rotated on two parallel rotation shafts through 180 degrees, thereby implementing multiple portable devices as one device. CONSTITUTION: A first unit(10) includes a first central panel and a pair of first wing panels. The first wing panels respectively rotate on two parallel sides of the first central panel as rotary shafts through 180 degrees. A second unit(20) includes a second central panel and a pair of second wing panels. A third unit(30) includes a third central panel and a pair of third wing panels. At least one part of the third wing panels is combined with one side of the first wing panels and the second wing panels.

A CODEC(213) outputs a voice signal, and is grounded with the first substrate(210) by an analog ground(215). A speaker(223) and an earjack(225) receive the voice signal, and are mounted on the second substrate(220). The analog ground of the CODEC is grounded by being connected with a digital ground(227) of the second substrate, so that ground voltage levels of the CODEC, the speaker, and the earjack are the same.

An organic semiconductor matter using carbon nano tubes having a high semiconducting property, an organic semiconductor thin film using the same, and an organic semiconductor device employing the same organic semiconductor thin film are provided to improve an on/off ratio and to block a leakage current by performing a wet process at room temperature. An organic semiconductor matter includes an organic semiconductor material and a semiconducting property. A ratio of the organic semiconductor material to the semiconducting property is 2 to 3. A carbon nano tube has a semiconducting property of 75 to 100 %. The carbon nano tube is 0.001 to 5 weight percent when the organic semiconductor material is 100 weight percent. The carbon nano tube is obtained by using a method for separating semiconducting carbon nano tubes or a method for removing a metal characteristic from the carbon nano tube.

본 발명은 전기변색 소자에 있어서 투명전극 상에 메조포러스 금속 산화물 입자와 마크로포러스 금속 산화물 입자의 이중층으로 금속 산화물층이 형성되고, 대향전극 상에 리튬의 산화 환원을 가능하게 하는 리튬이차전지의 양극 활물질이 형성된 다수개의 2차 전지/디스플레이 세그먼트를 포함하는 이차전지 기능이 복합된 전기변색 소자에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 전기변색 소자의 동일 평면상에 태양전지 세그먼트 및/또는 리튬 이차전지 세그먼트를 추가로 구비하여 독립형 디스플레이로 활용할 수 있는 전기변색 소자를 제공한다. 전기변색 소자, 금속 산화물층, 리튬 이차전지, 양극 활물질, 태양전지, 변색 효과
