Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method to perform vehicle assembly quality control in an efficient manner by monitoring the blank state before and after the welding process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a blank transfer sensor(10) mounted to a weld line, and which senses the transfer state of the blank entering the weld line; a blank sensor(20) for measuring the surface of the blank transferred to the weld line, before and after the welding process; a memory(40) for storage of the surface data of the blank entering the weld line; a welding robot(50) for performing spot welding for the blank entering the weld line, in accordance with the drive control signal; a control unit(30) for generating a drive control signal to the welding robot when the blank surface data is input from the blank sensor, at the state where the blank enters to the weld line, and generating a control signal by comparing the blank surface data before and after the welding process and judging whether the difference between the blank surface data is within a preset range; a display unit(60) for displaying blank surface data in accordance with the display unit drive control signal generated from the control unit; and a warning unit(70) for warning abnormality of blank surface in accordance with the warning unit drive control signal generated from the control unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and method of controlling shift shock of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent shift shock by controlling release characteristics of line pressure when a shift lever is shifted from a D-range to an N-range. CONSTITUTION: A device of controlling shift shock of an automatic transmission includes a vehicle speed-detecting unit(20) to detect the current vehicle speed; a throttle-detecting unit(30) to detect the opening degree of a throttle valve; an inhibitor switch(40) to detect the position of a shift lever; an idle switch(10) to detect the idle state; a TCU(Transmission Control Unit,50) to perform shift control of a desired gear level by analyzing general condition of a vehicle, and to control shift shock in shifting from a D-range to an N-range; and an actuator(60) to drive engaging elements through duty control according to control of the control unit and release line pressure. Thus, shift shock is prevented and riding comfort is improved.

CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling engine torque of an automatic transmission includes steps of deciding whether a vehicle meets a stop shift control condition(S102); deciding whether a gear level selection by a shift lever is detected(S103,S104); detecting the opening degree of a throttle valve and engine RPM(Revolutions Per Minute), and outputting an engine torque control value from a map table of the pertinent gear level(S105,S106); and performing engine torque reduction control by adjusting fuel quantity and injection time, with the output engine torque control value(S107). Thus, engine torque control of each gear level is performed according to the opening degree of the throttle valve and engine RPM.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a tack-welding portion for after-hemming is provided to perform tack welding without leaving a trace of welding on the outside plate surface of a door outer panel by projecting the shape of the tack-welding portion for after-hemming. CONSTITUTION: The front end of the inside plate surface(7) of a door outer panel(5) is bent at right angles to the outside plate surface(9) and a tack-welding portion(11) of the outer panel bent parallel is formed. The front end of the inner panel(3) forms a tack-welding portion(13) of the inner panel bent between the inner plate surface and outer plate surface of the outer panel to be contacted with the inner plate surface with corresponding to the tack-welding portion of the outer panel. Abstract: 학습운전중 페일(fail)발생시 저장된 학습량의 제거없이 3속홀드의 해제가 가능하도록 한 자동변속차량의 학습운전방법에 대해 개시한다. 이 학습운전방법은 운전학습량을 램에 저장시키는 단계와; 운전조건과 램에 저장된 정보와의 차이 발생으로 인한 페일발생으로 자동변속기의 마찰기구들을 3속으로 홀드시키는 단계와;차량을 정지시킨 상태에서 페일원인을 제거시키는 단계와; 3속홀드해제 입력신호로 3속홀드를 해제시키는 단계를 포함한다. 입력신호는 소정의 스위치조작으로 트랜스콘트롤유니트에 입력되고, 트랜스콘트롤유니트의 제어에 의해서 3속으로 홀드된 각 마찰기구가 해제되게된다. 이러한 학습운전방법은 학습운전중 페일(fail)발생시 배터리를 리셋하지 아니하고 별도의 스위치조작으로 3속홀드 해제신호를 출력시켜 3속홀드를 해제시킴으로써, 저장된 학습량의 제거없이 반복적인 학습운전을 가능하게 한다. 이에 따라서 초기 운전시 저장된 학습량으로 인해 변속감(shift quality)이 향상된다.
