CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a high gloss component for a vehicle comprises a cavity mold(10), a core mold(20), and an insulation mold(30). A cavity(12) is formed to the outer surface and molten resin is filled. The cavity mold comprises a heater(14) and a cooler(16) in the inside. The cavity mold is installed to be heated or cooled. The core mold is moved to the cavity mold and is equipped to seal the cavity. The core mold is formed in a desired shape for the inner space of the cavity. The insulation mold is installed to be supported to the cavity mold. The insulation mold comprises insulation space(32) formed to one part facing the cavity mold.

Working efficiency is improved with assembling the inner panel with the door trim by the mounting bolt, and the assembling force is increased with fitting the sill of the door trim to the sill fixing groove of the mounting bolt. The door trim is replaced conveniently with disassembling the door trim from the inner panel in breaking the door trim.
