Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and shutting a tailgate of a vehicle is provided to work independently of such environmental changes as a temperature change and give constant support force to the tailgate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for opening and shutting a tailgate(1) of a vehicle comprises a support bar(10) and a ball guide rail(30). The support bar forms balls at the ends and one(12) of the balls is inserted in a groove(21) of a connection cap(20) fastened to the tailgate and the other(11) is combined to the body of the vehicle. The ball guide rail has a slot structure of a closed curved line formed to the body of the vehicle along the track along which the body side ball moves up and down according to the opening and shutting operations of the tailgate. The ball guide rail includes plural elastic members installed to the inside of the slot perpendicularly to the moving direction of the ball and includes constraining members combined to each elastic member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A seatback having pressure distribution control structure for a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort and reduce fatigue by mounting a device for automatically controlling pressure distribution to the front of a seatback. CONSTITUTION: A seatback(100) having pressure distribution control structure for a vehicle comprises a back pressure distribution control unit mounted to the front of the seatback. The back pressure distribution control unit controls driver's back pressure distribution by operating by a circuit composition operation unit. The back pressure distribution control unit forms plural unit cells(11). The unit cells are formed to a steel frame(10) of a lattice structure shape. The unit cell comprises a housing of a cylinder shape made of a steel material and a cushion part positioned according to driver's back pressure while being protruded by air supplied to the inside of a closed chamber of the rear of the steel frame through an air inlet.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil separator is provided to reduce weight and to improve cooling performance without changing appearance. CONSTITUTION: An oil separator comprises a case(1) having a chamber(1a) formed therein, and a gas inlet port(2) is branched therefrom to introduce blow-by gas from an engine; an oil collecting case(1') welded to a lower part of the case, having a collecting chamber(1a') formed therein, and an oil drain port(4) branched to drain liquefied oil to an oil pan; a gas collecting case(3') stored in the case and having a gas discharge port(3) branched to discharge purified gas only; and a radiating fin(6) placed in a chamber(1a) of the case between an outside wall of the gas collecting case and the chamber of the case. The radiating fins are placed in the chamber except for a space occupied by the gas collecting case, and formed to divide the space into a plurality of gas inflow paths. The case, the oil collecting case and the gas collecting case, and the radiating fins are made of aluminum. An appearance of the oil separator is not changed as the radiating fins are built in the case.
