Abstract: A manufacturing method of the natural leather is provided to reduce the rising range of temperature at the surface of the leather due to the sunlight. The manufacturing method of the natural leather includes the preparation, tanning, dyeing, drying and painting processes. The painting process includes the back surface coating, the first base coating, the second base coating, the color coating and the top coating. When performing the first base coating, the infrared wavelength reflection materials of 10-20 wt% to the original leather of 100 wt% is used. When performing the second base coating, the infrared wavelength reflection materials of 10-30 wt% to the original leather of 100 wt% is used. When performing the color coating, the infrared wavelength reflection materials of 10-30 wt% to the original skin of 100 wt% is used. The infrared wavelength reflection materials is amino-acryl, sulfobutandioic acid, 1,4-bis-ester sodium salt, 2-butoxy-ethanol, 2-phenoxy-ethanol, 2-amino-methyl-propanol, benzisotiazol-3(2H)-on or the mixture of them.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polypropylene-based resin composition, an instrument panel skin of an automobile interior material using the composition and its preparation method are provided, to obtain the resin composition having the improved low temperature impact resistance and heat resistance and free from smell.
