Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a lens barrier device by independently moving a plurality of barrier blades. SOLUTION: In the lens barrier device 1, the first and second barrier blades 8 and 9 are rotatably fitted to the first shaft 6 disposed on a frame body 5, in which an opening 4 is formed in front of the lens 3 of a lens barrel 2. The third and fourth barrier blades 10 and 11 are rotatably fitted to the second shaft 7. The first and second springs 12 and 13 press the first to fourth barrier blades 8 to 11 in the direction in which the opening 4 is closed. When a rotation ring 16 that has the first and second cam engagement projections 14 and 15 is rotated, the first cam engagement projection 14 pushes cam faces 17 and 18 formed on the roots of the first and second barrier blades 8 and 9, and the second cam engagement projection 15 presses cam faces 17 to 20 formed on the roots of the third and fourth barrier blades 10 and 11, thereby moving the first to fourth barrier blades 8 and 11 to their closing positions. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein regarding conventional lens barrier mechanisms, it is necessary to make two blades retreat outward by a large amount, then the area of the principal surface in the retreating direction is increased, and the mechanism as a whole is made large in size. SOLUTION: The lens barrier mechanism is arranged ahead of an objective lens, and includes two pairs of blade connectors 41 and 42 configured to open/close an aperture part 51 for transmitting light from an object, and constituted of first blades 46 and 47 and second blades 48 and 49 connected turnably. Two first blades 46 and 47 are supported freely turnably by a pair of pivot shafts 54a and 54b provided on a barrier support plate 43 and are arranged adjacent to each other. Two second blades 48 and 49 are supported freely turnably by the two first blades through a pair of connection shafts 53 and 53. A pair of operation arms 59 and 59 for moving the two pairs of blade connectors 41 and 42 between a closed position, where the two pairs of blade connectors 41 and 42 are closed and an open position where the connectors 41 and 42 are opened are arranged near the pair of pivot shafts for the two first blades. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of the opening and closing mechanism of the shutter of an objective lens and also to assemble an optical pickup device easily. SOLUTION: The optical pickup device is equipped with: an optical pickup 16 which records and reproduces data; guide shafts 22, 23 which supports the optical pickup 16 so as to be movable in the radial direction of an optical disk 7; a transfer mechanism 18 which moves the optical pickup 16 in the radial direction of the optical disk 7; and a shutter member 43 which opens and closes an objective lens 19. The transfer mechanism 18 has: a feeding screw 32 which moves the optical disk 7; a transfer block 33 which is inserted into the guide shaft 23 between guide pieces 27, 28 and which is movable to the optical pickup 16; and an energizing member 35 which energizes the transfer block 33 to one direction. The shutter member 43 is configured so that its base end side is pivotally supported on the transfer block 33 and the middle part is pivotally supported on the pickup 16, and opens and closes the objective lens 19 with its tip side in accordance with the transfer of transfer block 33. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device capable of shortening the time for changing over the tape running direction and also capable of reducing the number of rotary sensors of reel tables. SOLUTION: The recording/reproducing device is provided with intermediate gears 17, 23 engaged with reel gears 11c, 13c at turning centers of the reel bases 13, 15. Since the intermediate gears are adjacently positioned without changing the positions even through the size of a cassette is changed, the moving distance of a pendulum gear 19 at the time of changing over the tape running direction is short. Also, the rotation of the reels is detectable by one set of the rotary sensors 39, 39'.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce gear noise in a driving force transmitting mechanism for transmitting rotational driving force to an output gear from an input gear whose heights are respectively different from each other. CONSTITUTION:A driving force transmitting mechanism is provided with an input gear 15, an output gear 13 positioned at, a specified distance apart from the input gear and positioned in the height different from that of the input gear and a transmitting gear 18 for transmitting driving force to the output gear from the input gear, and a bearing portion 20 of transmission gear and a gear part 23 are respectively formed as different parts.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and manpower of the assembly by integrating a reel claw for engaging a reel to be wound with a magnetic tape with a reel base. CONSTITUTION:An arm piece 12 is deformably erected on the reel base 11 in the radial direction at a required space from a bearing cylinder 11a, and the reel claw 13 is projectively provided outwardly on the tip of this arm piece 12. When an engagement claw part 9 of the reel 7 runs on this reel claw 13, the reel claw 13 is pressed and the arm piece 12 is inclined and deformed to escape from the engagement claw part 9, thus preventing the reel 7 from floating to the reel base 11.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from running onto a head drum due to the move ment of a lid to an opening position with the tape adhered to the lid by static electricity and to perform it without using any special means in the tape player using a tape cassette where free rotational lid which moves between the closed position covering a tape and the opening position above it running through the tape pulling surface. CONSTITUTION:A tape cassette 2 with a front lid 16 and a back lid 17 makes distance L1 between the tip of the back lid mounted on a cassette installation part 22 and a head drum 33 to 1.2-times of width of a magnetic tape 10. Distance L2 in the transverse direction of the tape cassette between the tip of the back lid and the upper surface of the head drum is two-thirds of the above- mentioned tape.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To securely guide a tape, which is issued out from the front surface opening part of a tape cassette, to the circumferential surface side of a rotary head drum by providing a tape guiding member above the rotary head drum in the direction of a tape cassette cover freely press-movably when the cover is opened. CONSTITUTION:When a tape cassette 40 is inserted into a cassette holder 20 and the cassette 40 is fitted to a pair of reel bases and a positioning pin on a linear skate chassis 7, while the cassette 40 is fitted, a cover 41 of the cassette 40 is started to open by a pin 18 at a vertical rising piece part 7b of the chassis 7. By the cover 41 to open, a tip part 34b of a tape guiding arm 34 is slightly turned to the central side of a rotary head drum 3. Since a tape T is loosened, which is positioned between a pair of front surface opening parts 42 of the cassette 40 opened by the opening of the cover 41, the tip part 34b of the arm 34 is made into a wall to prevent the tape T from issuing out abruptly, and the tape T is securely guided between a circumferential surface 3a of the drum 3 and the cassette 40.
