    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable accurate servo control and to reduce the space, by providing two motors coaxially to the swing shaft of arm, turning the arm with the 1st motor and lifting up and down the arm with the 2nd motor. CONSTITUTION:The tone arm 14 turns in the vertical plane by taking the fulcrum 18 as a center, allowing to lift up and down the record stylus 16, and it can be swung in the horizontsl plane via the swing shaft 20 to which the arm support bracket 17 is fitted. The swing shaft 20 is provided with coaxially and up and down the motors 21, 22 and the arm 14 is turned within the horizontal plane with the drive of motor 21 and the motor 22 drives the rotor frame 40 around the swing shaft 20, allowing to lift up the tone arm 14 by the cam 51 of the frame 40 via the rod 52 and to turn it by taking the fulcrum 18 as a center.
