    Abstract: A system of pointillist painting comprises an automated 3-D positioning system disposed proximate a painting surface, a colorant dispenser coupled to the gantry structure and having a dispensing tip in fluid communication with a colorant chamber, the gantry structure operable to move the colorant dispensing tip to a specified position of the painting surface, where the colorant dispenser is operable to apply a specified amount of a colorant to the painting surface and creating a dot having a two-dimensional coverage and three-dimensional profile at the specified position. The colorant dispenser further comprises a piston disposed in the colorant chamber, and a push rod coupled to the piston operable to advance the piston toward the dispensing tip to exude the specified amount of colorant onto the painting surface.

    Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a processing tub, a liquid recovery unit, a liquid recovery unit drain line, a storage, a first and a second liquid supply lines, a discharge line, a first and a second liquid flow rate controllers. The liquid recovery unit receives a processing liquid overflown from the processing tub. The liquid recovery unit drain line drains the processing liquid from the liquid recovery unit. The first and the second liquid supply lines supply a first and a second liquids, respectively. The cleaning liquid contains the first liquid and the second liquid, and removes a precipitate from the processing liquid. The discharge line discharges the cleaning liquid, the first liquid or the second liquid toward the liquid recovery unit. The first and the second liquid flow rate controllers are provided at the first and the second liquid supply lines, and adjust flow rates thereof, respectively.

    Abstract: Provided are a blade device equipped with a blade member which can accurately adjust pressing force due to a blade member, and a printing machine and a coating device equipped with the blade device.A blade device 40 according to the present invention has: a blade member 41 contacting with a plate roll 10 to which coating material is to be applied; an upper holder 43 contacting with the blade member from one surface side of the blade member; a lower holder 44 contacting with the blade member from another surface side of the blade member; a tube 42 contacting with the blade member and configured to expand and contract by pressure of fluid; and a tube positioning part 43a which is provided on the upper holder and positions the tube closer to the roller, in a direction in which the blade member extends, than a tip end of the lower holder is The tube adjusts a pressing force, of the tip end of the blade member, against the roller by being expanded or contracted while being held by the tube positioning part and the blade member.
