Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a common body part at a replacing position when an atomization head and a cartridge are replaced from the common body part of a coating machine mounted to a robot apparatus. SOLUTION: The common body part 15 of the coating machine 14 is mounted to the robot apparatus 13. Further, a common body part grasping apparatus 33 is fixed/mounted to a fixing plate 32 of an atomization head replacing washing apparatus 31 and the common body part 15 is grasped and positioned by the common body part grasping apparatus 33. Further, when the common body part grasping apparatus 33 grasps the common body part 15, a drive force of the robot apparatus 13 is reduced and the common body part 15 can be freely moved by applying an external force. Thereby, the common body part grasping apparatus 33 can accurately position the common body part 15 at the replacing position O agaist the drive force of the robot apparatus 13. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary atomization type electrostatic coating means capable of reliably maintaining coating quality and preventing an apparatus from staining, and at the same time, achieving high coating efficiency. SOLUTION: While a coating material is supplied thereto, a coating material atomization head 41 with 35-45 mm diameter is rotated at a high speed to atomize the coating material. Air supplied to a shaping air nozzle 61 is jetted through a jetting hole 65 with 1.0-1.5 mm diameter and is made to hit to the outer circumferential face of the coating material atomization head 41 in the range from the tip end part of the coating material atomization head 41 to 5-10 mm upstream side of the coating material supply part. The effective coating pattern width of the coating material in the atomized and diffused state is controlled by the air after the collision (hitting) to deposit the coating material in thus controlled state to an object face S to be coated set ahead of the coating material atomization head 41. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean a coating material stuck onto a coating material reservoir of a spray head or a hub member with a small quantity of a cleaning fluid. SOLUTION: A bottomed cleaning fluid flow-in passage 26 in which a thinner for cleaning flows_in is provided in an axial center part (the position of an axial line O-O) of the hub member 23 and a plurality of cleaning fluid flow-out passages 27 which extend in the radial direction intersecting the axial line O-O at right angles and through which the thinner flows-out to a coating material receiving surface 23B of the hub member 23 are provided in the bottom part 26A side of the cleaning liquid flow-in passage 26. Then, the cleaning fluid flowing-in from a cleaning nozzle 28 to the cleaning fluid flow-in passage 26 is discharged on the coating material receiving surface 23B of the hub member 23 outward in the radial direction from the cleaning fluid flow-out passages 27 and the thinner is circulated between the coating material receiving surface 23B and the coating material pond 22E in a fixed direction against the centrifugal force. As a result, the coating material stuck to the the hub member 23, the spray head main body 22 or the like is cleaned with a small quantity of the thinner in a short period of time.
