Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for handling calls based on a voice biometric confidence score are presented. In some embodiments, a computing device may receive a voice sample associated with a telephone call. Subsequently, the computing device may determine a voice biometric confidence score based on the voice sample. The computing device then may determine to route the telephone call to a certain endpoint based on the voice biometric confidence score.

Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for utilizing voice biometrics to prevent unauthorized access are presented. In some embodiments, a computing device may receive a voice sample. Subsequently, the computing device may determine a voice biometric confidence score based on the voice sample. The computing device then may evaluate the voice biometric confidence score in combination with one or more other factors to identify an attempt to access an account without authorization.

Abstract: A system, method, or computer program product for determining most effective call parameters for a representative-customer interaction for a representative working to recover payment in arrears, comprising: retrieving call history data and date of payment data; correlating the call history data and the payment data; determining success information based on the correlation of call history data and payment data; and presenting the success information to the representative for improving likelihood of future success. Aspects include: the call history data comprises information regarding timing of calls made between representatives and the customer and payment data represents timing of payments made by the customer; correlating the call history data and payment data comprises: determining which calls were made proximate in time to payments being made and wherein determining success information comprises: determining which phone numbers correspond to the determined calls. Further aspects include retrieving call history data and determining best time and/or channel for contacting the customer in order to achieve customer contact.

Abstract: A method for configuring a gateway which improves efficiency is provided. The method may include configuringa telecommunication system including a cellular gateway to transmit the telephone numbers used to place calls. Transmission of the cellular number encourages customers to answer the call and conduct business efficiently. The gateway is configured to unmask a calling number to a called device when the gateway places a call. The method also includes the configuring of the cellular gateway so that missed calls may be returned. The returned calls are routed to a consolidation number on the PBX. The PBX in turn will route the returned calls to available representatives.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a computer assisted method for detecting encrypted tunneling or proxy avoidance which may include electronically receiving information from a proxy server, extracting information regarding a CONNECT function of Hyper Text Transport Protocol (HTTP) from the electronically received information, determining at least one destination to which the extracted information regarding the CONNECT function of HTTP corresponds and attempting to negotiate a standard HTTPS session with each of the at least one destination. Further, the computer assisted method may further include, for each of the at least one destination, determining whether the destination is hosting an encrypted tunneling or proxy avoidance application, wherein such a determining may be based on characteristics of an Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate associated with the destination or a response received from the destination over a TCP/IP connection.
