Abstract: A website link is received 304 and compared to entries in a database 308 of different keyword combinations identified in previously received website links. The database also holds, for each keyword combination, the number of times a website link containing the keyword combination has been received and the number of times that link was associated with fraudulent activity. A website link may comprise email, text, a URL (Uniform Resource Locator), source code, origin ISPs etc. The received website link is analysed against the database to determine which keyword combinations the link includes and a threat probability score for the website link is calculated 310 based on the number of previous times a website link containing the same keyword combination has been received and the number of previous times such a link was associated with fraudulent activity. Preferably the database is organised into a table with a plurality of lines and each different keyword combination is assigned to one of the lines. Each line may comprise a plurality of data points, each point representing a keyword of the combination.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products determining suggestive potential custodians in an electronic discovery system. The determination is based on a comparison of data, such as personnel data or like, associated with individuals already added to the case and all other individuals in the enterprise, who form the group of potential custodians. In addition, the comparison of data occurs over the specified timeframe defined by the case to insure that the suggested potential custodians are within the confines to the timeframe of the case. Additional embodiments of the invention provide for determining preservation notice recipients based on a comparison of data, such as personnel data or the like, associated with individuals that have already been identified to receive the preservation notice and other custodians and/or potential custodians.

Abstract: A database-driven software application may be provided that is configured to keep a record of mainframe activity for various financial transactions and provide relationships between various transactional features. The information of these financial transactions may originate from a single system in a single data format or may be integrated into a single consistent format from a plurality of systems in a plurality of formats. Such an application may enable the reporting of anomalous events and/or the review of activities conducted by a financial associate (e.g., an employee of the financial institution) and/or those impacting a specific customer or account. The system may operate by parsing daily feeds of raw mainframe logs and extracting relevant details and placing information about each transaction in a data warehouse.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products configured to determine communities within an organization dynamically based on the distribution of entitlements within the organization. The procedure for determining entitlement eligible entities into communities may include a review of the one or more entitlements that each entitlement-eligible entity has in common with the other of the plurality of entitlement-eligible entities currently associated with each entity and may include computing a correlation matrix. The system is configured to examine the members of a particular community in an organisation and identify members in the community that have access to software applications, datasets or other organisational resources that are uncommon or taboo in the community, which may indicate that the member should not have access to the such resources. Thresholds may be used to determine whether entitlements are normal and/or taboo. In another embodiment the system may be configured to identify a portion of the plurality of entities based on a review of the one or more entitlements that each entity of the plurality of entities has in common with a pseudo-entity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for a local collection tool that is configured to run as an authorized background service process. As such, the local collection tool of the present invention is capable of being executed in the absence of the device user's credentials. As a result, local collection can be accomplished without the user being present or covertly without the user's knowledge of collection process. Moreover, the back-up file generated by the collection tool may include encrypted data, which can automatically be decrypted by the collection entity through application of a master key.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for improved electronic discovery. More specifically, embodiments relate to providing positive identification of individuals for addition, as custodians, to cases or matters within an electronic discovery system. The identification is performed simultaneously, in bulk, using disparate information related to the individuals. In this regard, individuals can be positively identified through one specific identification procedure, without having to search multiple databases to verify the identity of an individual/custodian. In addition to positively identifying custodians, the present invention provides for adding the identified custodians, simultaneously, in bulk, to a case or matter and, in some embodiments, uploading or otherwise transferring custodian profile data to the case management system/database, as need be.
