A skin external composition for moisturizing, which contains an Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. extract is provided to increase skin moisturizing and improve xeroderma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis or psoriasis. A skin external composition comprises 0.0001-20% by weight of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. extract as an effective ingredient. The Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. extract is isolated in a extractor having a pottery. The extractor comprises a main body (110), cover of main body, heating part (130), pottery (140), and gas valve (150). A method for manufacturing the Astragalus membranaceus Bunge. extract comprises: a step of putting the material to be extracted and extraction solvent in a regular ratio; a step of closing the cover to seal the main body; a step of injecting gas into the body and discharging the air from the body; a step of supplying hot water to heat the body; a step of discharging the hot water from the body to cool the body; a step of discharging the gar from the body; and a step of opening the cover of body and collect the extract.

A high moisturizing cosmetic composition is provided to having the formulation stability, form a moisturizing membrane after applying and ensure the moisturizing effect. A moisturizing cosmetic composition comprises cellulose gum, natto gum, or hyaluronic acid polymer, and 0.001-20% by weight of methicone of which one or more phenyl group is added within a repetitive unit. The cellulose gum is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose of straight chain. The natto gum is obtained by culturing a Bacillus subtillis in a black soybean. The methicone of which one or more phenyl group is added within a repetitive unit is the phenyl methicone, phenyl dimethicone, phenyl trimethicone, aminopropyl trimethicone, diphenyl Amodimethicone, bisphenylhexamethicone, bis-Phenylpropyl Dimethicone, and trimethylsiloxyphenyl Dimethicone.

A cosmetic composition for improving the skin elasticity and wrinkle is provided by improve dermis-epidermis layer by efficiently absorbing an efficient component and enhance skin elasticity. A cosmetic composition for enhancing the skin elasticity comprises 0.01-10.0% by weight of soluble film former, 1.0-40.0% by weight of polyhydric alcohol, 1.0-20.0% by weight of polar oil, and efficient component of elasticity improvement. The soluble film former is hydroxyethylacrylate/sodiumacryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, vinylpyrrolidone vinylacetate copolymer, polyquaternium hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose or hydroxypropyl guar. The polyhydric alcohol is glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol or sorbitol. The polar oil is ester oil. The efficient component of elasticity improvement is retinol, adenosine or peptide. The cosmetic composition is used in a form of emulsion of oil in water(O/W) or water in oil(W/O), lotion, cream, emulsion, patch, stick or spray.

A Korean paper hydrogel mask pack is provided to show excellent feeling of fitting without irritation, improve wrinkles and keratin and whiten and moisturize skin. A Korean paper hydrogel mask pack is characterized in that it is prepared by coating skin active ingredients encapsulated into hydrogel on a Korean paper. A method for preparing the mask pack comprises the steps of: (a) neutralizing a polyacrylic acid with a neutralizing agent and heating an agar polymer to a temperature of 100 deg.C to boil it with agitation; (b) cooling a material obtained from the step(a) down to a temperature of 70 deg.C and adding an oil ingredient thereto; (c) mixing skin active ingredients with a material obtained from the step(b) at a temperature of less than 50 deg.C; (d) flowing the mixture obtained from the step(c) to a coating machine in an extrusion manner to be loaded on a Korean paper; (e) passing the Korean paper when the mixture is loaded through a chamber to dry it; and (f) after ripening a Korean paper hydrogel at a temperature of 40 deg.C for 2-3 days, cutting it to prepare the mask pack. Further, the coating step is performed by coating the skin active ingredients encapsulated into hydrogel on a Korean paper into a thickness of 0.001 to 1 cm.

Provided are a 2-cyclopenten-1-one oxime derivative which inhibits the production of TNF-alpha or PEF4, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivative for treating or preventing the TNF-alpha mediated disease. A 2-cyclopenten-1-one oxime derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 is a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C7 cycloalkyl group; and R2 is a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group. Preferably the aromatic group of R2 is selected from a phenyl group, a pyridyl group, a naphthyl group, an indolyl group, a thienyl group, a benzo[b]thienyl group, a dibenzofuranyl group, or a thianthrenyl group.

A cosmetic composition containing useful ingredients capsulated with non-phospholipid vesicle is provided to stabilize the useful ingredients and maximize effects of useful ingredients, so that the cosmetic composition moisturizes the skin, especially promotes differentiation of horny layer by skin cells and restores damaged skin barrier function. The cosmetic composition contains 0.1-20 wt.% of three kinds of non-phospholipid vesicles including a non-phospholipid vesicle containing 0.1-10 wt.% of at least one lipid selected from ceramide and phytospingosine, a non-phospholipid vesicle containing 0.1-20 wt.% of niacinamide, and a non-phospholipid vesicle containing 0.1-20 wt.% of hyaluronic acid.
