PURPOSE: A method for screening a gene which characteristically developing aging is provided to control gene expression and to suppress aging on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a gene associated with skin aging comprises: a step of extracting total RNA from skin tissue and performing microarray; a step of analyzing genes which are changed by aging using bioinformatics; a step of selecting a candidate gene relating to skin aging; and a step of determining a candidate gene. The skin aging includes intrinsic aging or menopause aging.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a material for treating dry skin is provided to prevent skin moisturizing and to recover skin barrier. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material for treating dry skin comprises a step of screening candidate materials based on expression change of bleomycin hydolase(BH) gene. The gene expression level is measured by PCR. An external use skin composition contains LXR activator which enhances BH gene expression level as an active ingredient. The composition is used for treating dry skin or moisturizing skin.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing the stemness of adipose-derived stem cells(hADSCs) contains Sequoia callus extract as an active ingredient. The composition enhances CD29 and CD44 expression level. A composition for enhancing skin cell proliferation contains the extract as an active ingredient. The skin cell is transit-amplifying cells(TA cells). The composition contains 0.0001-10 wt% of the extract. A skin care method comprises a step of treating the composition on the skin.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolysed millets are encapsulated is provided to improve whiteninig, elasticity, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and moisturizing without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolyzed millets are encapsulated, as an active ingredient. The polymersome is prepared by synthesizing polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol in a weight ration of 1:1-1:10. The peptide encapsulated in the polymersomes is diaminopropionoyl tripeptide-33, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl heptapeptie-4, copper tripeptide-1, lysine polypeptide or acetyl tetrapeptide-11. The cosmetic composition is used for skin moisturizing, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and anti-aging.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-aging cosmetic composition contains 0.01-90 weight% of blueberry, raspberry, and punica granatum L. extract. A method for extracting blueberry, raspberry, and punica granatum L. comprises: a step of adding the blueberry, raspberry, and punica granatum L. in flask; and a step of immersing with 2L of butylenes glycol for three days and filtering remove residue.
