Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring the abrasion of a conveyor belt is provided to enable a user to replace the conveyor belt by measuring the intensity of a magnetic element. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the abrasion of a conveyor belt includes a driving source, a plurality of rotating members, and a conveyor belt(3). The rotation member is rotated by the driving source. The conveyor belt moves by the rotating member. A plurality of magnetic elements(10) are arranged in the conveyor belt. A magnetic force measuring device(13) is arranged on the upper side of the conveyor belt and senses and displays the intensity of the magnetic element.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for detecting the door locking of a coke oven is provided to realize the stability of a coke process since a value that light irradiated from a photosensor or a photoelectric sensor is reflected from a reflector on the side of a rotating bar, is detected, the coupled position of the rotating bar to a hanging unit is accurately determined and then a post process is performed. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the door locking of a coke oven comprises a hanging unit, a rotating bar(9), a reflector(13), a photosensor(15) and a control unit. The hanging unit is coupled to the body of the coke oven and comprises a groove. The rotating bar is coupled to the door of the coke oven and is inserted into the hanging unit by rotation to lock the oven door. The reflector is coupled to one side of the rotating bar. The photosensor is arranged on a position spaced from the rotating bar, irradiates light to the reflector and detects a value reflected from the reflector. The control unit receives a value measured from the photosensor and determines the locking state of the oven door.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring the thickness of a stave of a furnace is provided to prevent the service life of a furnace from being shortened by preventing damage to a coolant flow path. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the thickness of a stave of a furnace comprises a first member(13), a second member(15), and a resistor measuring unit(17). The first member is inserted into a hole measuring the thickness of a copper layer provided in a furnace. The first member is formed with a through-hole(13a) and is made of conductor. The second member is inserted into the hole provided in the first member. The second member can move relatively to the first member and is made of conductor. The resistor measuring unit connects to the conductive layer of the first member and the second member in order to measure the resistance between the first member and the conductive layer of the second member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A safety valve for a low pressure gas pipe is provided to prevent the outflow of wasted gas from a wasted gas pipe since a proper amount of condensed water is maintained between first and second pipes. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve for a low pressure gas pipe comprises first and second pipes(3,5) and a bypass pipe(9). The first pipe is connected to the bottom surface of a wasted gas pipe(1). Abstract: PURPOSE: A wire winding device is provided to prevent the eccentricity of a ring shaped connecting member, which is arranged on the top of a rotary plate and fork pins, in high speed rotation by fixing the connecting member with a fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A wire winding device comprises a rotary plate, a rotary tank(3), a fork pin(5), a connecting member(7) and a fixing member(9). The rotary plate revolves with the driving source. Abstract: PURPOSE: A waste gas leak detection system and a control method using the same are provided to prevent a worker from continuously being exposed to a poisonous gas by rapidly monitoring the leakage of wasted gas from a large scale gas facility. CONSTITUTION: In a waste gas leak detection system and a control method using the same, a sensor module(1) is connected to the outlet of a condensate water pipe and detects the variation of condensate water. A wireless transmission unit(3) is correspond to detection sensors while including each IP address, and it transmits the discharge data. A control(7) determines the leakage of gas from the condensate water pipe through reception data and transmits SMS to the mobile phone of a manager.

Abstract: 본 발명은 오프라인 및 온라인 오도메트리 보정 방법의 단점을 감안하여, 홈포지셔닝을 이용한 오도메트리 보정 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명은, 이동로봇에서 홈포지셔닝을 이용한 오도메트리 보정 방법에 있어서,
로봇이 홈포지션에서 이동을 시작하는 단계; 상기 로봇이 임의의 궤도를 주행하는 단계;
상기 로봇이 홈포지션으로 돌아오는 왔을 때, 상기 로봇이 추정한 자신의 위치와 실제 홈포지션의 위치의 차이를 비교하여 시스템 오차 매개변수를 업데이트하는 단계; 상기의 단계들을 시스템 오차 매개변수가 임의 값에 수렴할 때까지 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 오도메트리 보정 방법을 이용하면 오프라인 보정 방법의 특성과 온라인 보정 방법의 특성을 함께 가지면서, 홈포지셔닝은 대체로 물리적 접촉으로 이루어지기 때문에 오프라인보정 방법 수준의 정확한 위치 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 위치인식을 위한 센서가 필요 없어 외부 센서의 도움 없이도 오도메트리 보정이 가능하며, 이미 청소로봇 등에 상용화되어 있는 자동 홈포지셔닝 모듈을 이용하면 쉽게 자동화 시킬 수 있다.
