Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for coating a roll plate is provided to prevent the damage of the apparatus due to a coating solution by preventing the scattering phenomenon toward the edge part of a coating roller in a coating process with respect to the surface of the roll plate. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating a roll plate includes a storage chamber and a plurality of coating rollers(7). A coating solution, which is used for coating the surface of the roll plate, is stored in the storage chamber. The coating solution is applied to the external surface of the coating rollers. The coating rollers coat the surface of the roll plate. The wettability of the center part of a coating roller is different from that of the edge part of the coating roller.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for obtaining bistability of electrowetting are provided to achieve a simple structure and the high definition in application of the electronic paper. CONSTITUTION: In the droplet formation step, the conductivity droplet is formed on the conductive board(S100) in which the insulating layer is coated. Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro pump is provided to transfer an insulation fluid having low conductivity with a simple technical configuration without using complicate parts, thereby reducing costs and enabling to apply for various kinds of micro-mechanic devices. CONSTITUTION: A micro pump comprises a rectangular channel(250), a cylinder electrode forming unit(210), an inlet unit(230), and an outlet unit(240). The rectangular channel forms a channel for an insulation fluid. The cylinder electrode forming unit has a cylindrical form for applying an electric field. The insulation fluid flows into the inlet unit and is discharged through the outlet unit.
