    Abstract: 본발명에의한철촉매의제조방법은질산철(Fe(NO))수용액과질산구리(Cu(NO))수용액을혼합하여혼합용액을제조하는혼합단계; 상기혼합용액에탄산나트륨(NaCO) 또는수산화나트륨(NaOH)수용액중 적어도하나를첨가하여침전슬러리를형성시키는침전슬러리형성단계; 상기침전슬러리를증류수를이용하여여과및 세척하는세척단계; 상기침전슬러리에건식실리카(Fumed Silica) 파우더와탄산칼륨(KCO)용액을첨가하고교반하는실리카첨가단계; 상기침전슬러리를 30㎛내지 100㎛크기의체(sieve)에통과시킨후, 분무건조방식을이용하여건조시켜분말형태의철촉매를제조하는건조단계; 상기철촉매를 50℃내지 150℃의온도에서건조시킨후, 300℃내지 500℃에서열처리하는열처리단계;를포함하여이루어지는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에의하면, 철, 구리, 칼륨, 코발트, 나트륨, 실리카등을최적의비율로혼합함으로써, 합성반응에서의반응성을현저히향상시킬수 있으며, 종래와달리, 제조공정에서적절한양의나트륨을촉매에자연스럽게잔류시킴으로써, 여과및 세척에필요한증류수의양을 80%이상줄일수 있어, 친환경적이면서경제적일뿐만아니라, 여과및 세척에필요한시간또한 15시간에서최대 2시간까지현저히단축시킬수 있어생산성또한우수한장점이있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A two stage F-T reactor system for improving the conversion ratio of synthetic gas is provided to maximize the yield of synthetic fuel for extending the lifetime of a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A two stage F-T reactor system for improving the conversion ratio of synthetic gas includes a first reactor(10) and a second reactor(20). The first reactor receives first synthetic gas containing H2 and CO in a composition ratio of 0.6-1.2, and controls the flow speed of the first synthetic gas, the internal temperature, and the pressure for securing the 50-80% of CO conversion ratio. The second reactor receives second synthetic gas containing H2 and CO in a composition ratio of 1.8-2.0, and controls the flow speed of the second synthetic gas, the internal temperature, and the pressure for securing the 90-95% of CO conversion ratio.
