Abstract: This provides a side sill coupling structure equipped with outside and inside reinforcement member with the inside of the side sill and reinforcement beam between them locked with each front reinforcement member and side sill inner panel by bolt. Fixing reinforcement beam(16), locking front reinforcement member(13) and side sill inner panel(12) to outside(14) and inside reinforcement member(15), fixing front member(13) extended and folded to side sill out panel(11) and side sill inner panel(12) resulting in rigidity of side sill(10) diffuses driver shock and minimizes transformation of car frame. In case of side collision during crush test, the side sill out panel(11) first absorbs shock while being crushed to ensure the safety of the car.

Abstract: Disclosed is a side sill coupling structure equipped with a shock-absorbing member, reinforcement beam, front reinforcement member at the inside of the side sill, lower part reinforcement member at lower part of center floor panel, and a wiring transit structure at the upper part of the side sill inner panel. Rigidity of side sill(10) can be enhanced by fixing reinforcement beam(14) to front reinforcement member(15) and both ends of the beam extended and folded to side sill inner panel(12), center floor panel(16), and side sill out panel(11).
