    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of colored polylactic acid is provided to effectively manufacture a polylactic acid resin with various colors in short time by using a selective initiator which determines the color. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of colored polylactic acid comprises: a step of synthesizing an aluminum catalyst ligand in a solvent; and a step of adding a lactide monomer and a selective initiator determining the color into the solvent with the aluminum catalyst ligand, and conducting a polylactic acid polymerization. The solvent is selected from toluene, benzene, pentane, cyclopentane, hexane, cyclohexane, chloroform, diethyl ether, or 1,4-dioxane. The aluminum catalyst ligand is obtained by mixing trimethylaluminum and a C5H4N(CO)NHC6H4(NO2)2 solution.     Abstract: PURPOSE: Fluxless polyurethane artificial leather having the living body texture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize generation of volatile materials including environment hormones because an organic solvent is not used. CONSTITUTION: Fluxless polyurethane artificial leather having the living body texture contains 85 ~ 95 weight% of fluxless polyurethane resin and 5 ~ 15 weight% of a soybean protein separator having an average diameter of 1 ~ 75 μm. The artificial leather further includes one or more selected from a foam layer, a coating layer, and a substrate layer. The fluxless polyurethane resin includes Resin Premix and dieisocyanate prepolymer with an equivalence ratio of 1 : 1.5 ~ 2.5. The Resin Premix contains 99 ~ 99.7 weight% of polyol having average molecular weight of 100 ~ 20,000, 0.2 ~ 0.7 weight% of a delayed catalyst, 0.5 ~ 0.2 weight% of a surfactant, and 0.01 ~ 0.1 weight% of water. The dieisocyanate prepolymer contains 50 ~ 60 weight% of a diisocyanate-based compound and 40 ~ 50 weight% of the polyol.

    Abstract: A method for producing an antimicrobial fabric is provided to maximize an antimicrobial effect of silver in the antimicrobial fabric, by using polyester resin where silver nanoparticles are effectively dispersed. Polyester resin is stirred at a rate of 30-50 rpm until the polyester resin has a temperature of 45-85°C. A silver nano colloid solution is inputted into the stirred polyester resin. The polyester resin and the silver nano colloid solution are stirred at a rate of 50-100 rpm under a temperature of 45-85°C for 10-20 minutes. The resultant mixture of the silver nano colloid solution and the polyester resin is melted under a temperature of 120-150°C, and then spun at a rate of 1000-2000 m/min. Further, the silver nano colloid solution is inputted into the stirred polyester resin at a weight rate of 70:30 to 80:20.
