    Abstract: The invention relates to the use of a thermoplastic moulding material that is different from ABS, containing the following constituents in relation to the sum of the amounts of A, B, C and optionally D, corresponding to a total of 100 % wt. %: a) 1-48 wt. % of at least one single phase or multiphase particle-shaped emulsion polymer with a glass transition temperature of less than 0 DEG , at least one phase and with an average particle size of 50-1000 nm, preferably 50-800 nm, as constituent A; b) 1-48 wt. % of at least one amorphous or partially crystalline polymer as constituent B; c) 51-98 wt. % polycarbonates as component C; and d) 0-47 wt. % usual additives such as fibre-shaped or particle-shaped filling materials or mixtures thereof as constituent D, whereby said moulding material is used to produce toys for outdoor use, housings therefor or parts thereof.
