Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of liquid by sealingly cover the whole side of a touch pannel having insulative transparent liquid in a space formed by bonding an upper electrode film to a lower electrode body at an edge with an outer covering being transparent or exposing its operation area. SOLUTION: A touch pannel 42 is sealed in an outer covering 83 which is transparent at least in its operation area so that insulative transparent liquid 5 is doubly sealed. Accordingly, even if the liquid 5 is liable to leak outside from the bonded part between an upper electrode film 1 and a lower electrode 2 of the pannel 42 at an edge part or a part of the pannel 42 damaged, it is pushed back by the outer covering 83. resulting in prevention of liquid leakage. Consequently, there is no such a fear that restraining of reflection or visuality improvement effect is damaged, or insulation error or failure in a circuit board or the like, or post-treatment at the replacing time of the touch pannel 42 damaged is made hard.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of a touch input system and a production method thereof which reflection is low, contrast is high and visibility is improved. SOLUTION: Concerning the liquid crystal display device of a touch input system provided with a liquid crystal display(LCD) 2 on the downside of a transparent touch panel 1, a downside polarizing plate 9 is arranged on the lower surface of the LCD 2, the angle formed by the optical axis an upside optical phase difference film 4 and the polarizing axis of an upside polarizing plate 8 is about 45 deg., the angle formed by the optical axis of a downside optical phase difference film 6 and linearly polarized light desired to be emitted from the surface of the device among linearly polarized beams emitted from the LCD 2 is about 45 deg., the angle formed by the optical axis of the upside optical phase difference film 4, the angle between the optical axis of the upperside optical phase difference film 4 and the downside optical phase difference film 6 is about 90 deg., and the optical axis of the downside optical phase difference film 6 is about 45 deg., and the angle formed by linearly polarized light desired to be emitted from the surface of the device among linearly polarized beams emitted from the LCD 2 and the polarizing axis of the upside optical polarizing plate 8 is about 90 deg..

PURPOSE:To obtain a light shielding film on which a thin film having a high optical density without having pinholes is formed by providing an active layer consisting of an inorg. material contg. many fine pores having 100-700m /g specific surface area and a metallic film formed on said layer on a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:The inorg. active layer 2 is formed on the transparent substrate 1. The active layer 2 has the many fine pores having 100-700m /g specific surface area. A catalyst for chemical plating infiltrates the fine pores 5 of the active layer 2 and is adsorbed therein when this transparent substrate 1 is brought into contact with the catalyst liquid for plating by a means such as immersing. The metallized catalyst for chemical plating constitutes the plating nucleus in the next state when this catalyst for chemical plating is reduced and metallized. Namely, a metallic film 4 is formed on the active layer 2 by rinsing the transparent substrate 1, then immersing the substrate into an electroless plating liquid and executing electroless plating. This film 4 has the excellent smoothness and the adhesion to the active layer 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizer attached with a touch function compatible with a polarizing sunglass that enables thinness and a narrow frame to be attained, and further is excellent in productivity, to provide a manufacturing method of the polarizer attached with the touch function compatible with the polarizing sunglass, and to provide a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: The polarizer attached with a touch function compatible with a polarizing sunglass comprises: a polarizer 20 that is arranged on a face in front of a liquid crystal cell 34 of a liquid crystal display device and used thereon; and an electrostatic capacity type film sensor member 3 that is stuck on a face opposing a counter face of the polarizer 20 facing the liquid crystal cell 34. The film sensor member 3 comprises: a transparent substrate film that includes a λ/4 retardation film 6 obtained by extending toward an oblique direction; a transparent conductive film 9 that is formed so as to have an electrode pattern and a thin-line routing circuit pattern, respectively on both faces of the substrate film; and a light-shielding conductive film 12 that is respectively laminated on the thin-line routing circuit pattern of the transparent conductive film 9.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel capable of preventing Newton rings from occurring to improve its visibility, and to provide a portable device using the touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel includes: an upper transparent electrode base material 1 having an upper transparent electrode 5 on one surface thereof; a lower transparent electrode base material 2 having a lower transparent electrode 6 on a surface thereof facing the surface with the upper transparent electrode 5 placed; and an insulated transparent adhesive layer 3 placed between the upper transparent electrode 5 and the lower transparent electrode 6, and having plural pressure-sensitive particles in a dispersed manner. When a force acts on the other surface of the upper transparent electrode base material 1, the acting force flows current among the pressure-sensitive particles in the transparent adhesive layer 3, which brings electrical continuity between the upper transparent electrode 5 and the lower transparent electrode 6. Then, in the touch panel detecting coordinates of a position where the force acts on the other surface of the upper transparent electrode base material 1, a transparent liquid intermediate layer 4 is formed between the upper transparent electrode 5 and the insulated transparent adhesive layer 3, so that air space is eliminated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided transparent conductive film sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of applying to a static capacity sensor if each circuit pattern of transparent conductive films can be connected with an external circuit. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the double-sided transparent conductive film sheet, a transparent conductive film, a light-shielding film, and a resist layer are formed one by one on both sides of a base body sheet, then the resist layer on either side is exposed simultaneously, developed and patterned. After that, a part of the exposed shielding film and a part of the exposed transparent conductive film are put under etching on both sides at the same time, then the patterned resist layer and the shielding layer are exfoliated to form different patterns of the transparent conductive film on either side of the base body sheet without positioning displacement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet in which a metallic film can be patterned by a photoresist, and the adhesiveness of a transparent conductive film and a metallic film is made satisfactory, a laminate conductive sheet and a conductive pattern sheet in which this conductive sheet is overlapped so as to be double-layered with both faces being able to be simultaneously exposed and a method for manufacturing the laminate conductive sheet and a method for manufacturing a transparent antenna or a transparent display or a touch input sheet. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate conductive sheet includes: successively forming a transparent conductive film, a light shielding metallic film and a resist layer on two base sheets; forming a transparent conductive film, a light shielding metallic film and a resist layer on the both faces of the base sheets laminated such that the both base sheets are laminated so as to faced to each other; thereafter simultaneously exposing and developing the resist layer on the both faces; thereafter simultaneously etching the transparent conductive film and the light shielding metallic film; peeling the resist layer; and forming a thin wire leading circuit pattern on the both faces. SOLUTION: The mount structure of a touch panel which is also used as a speaker includes: a touch panel body; a design sheet laminated onto the upper surface of the touch panel body, and having a transparent window part and a decorated part surrounding the transparent window part; a vibrating element formed on a rear periphery of the touch panel body and hidden by the decorated part; a housing concavely formed having a step allowing nesting, from the exterior, of the touch panel body, the design sheet, and the vibrating element, and on the bottom surface, having a concave part or aperture for a display device, and a frame-shaped supporting part supporting a rear periphery of the touch panel body; an elastic member frame arranged on the supporting part, and positioned more toward an outer edge side of the touch panel body than the vibrator; and a speaker control part arranged in the interior of the housing, and adding a driving voltage to the vibrating element so that a voice can be reproduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive resistive film type touch panel with excellent visibility, which has a pressure detection function that detects the pressing position on a screen (x, y coordinates) as well as the pressure in z axis direction.SOLUTION: The resistive film type transparent touch panel is configured by overlapping a first member and a second member so that first and second transparent conductive films face each other with a predetermined gap. In the first member, the first transparent conductive film as a resistance film is formed on the upper face of a transparent board, and a first pair of electrodes for position detection are formed at the both ends of a first direction of the first transparent conductive film. In the second member, the second transparent conductive film as a resistance film is formed on the lower face of a flexible transparent film, and a second pair of electrodes for position detection are formed at the both ends of a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction of the second transparent conductive film. The pressing point is detected on the basis of the potentials of the first and second pairs of electrodes for position detection.
